The best part about my body is that it goes against everything /fit/ preaches. I've never used an established routine, just made sure I was hitting every muscle group 2-3x a week.
My routine definitely used to be shit when I was limited by planet fitness and didn't know what I was doing, but for the past year I've just been alternating between Chest/shoulder/tricep and back/biceps/leg days. Proper diet and nutrition is far more important than the routine.

Calithenics requires a lot of strength relative to bodyweight, and focusing on that kind of training just isn't conducive to my goals at the moment. When I get to a point where I've exhausted most of my weightlifting potential, I'm definitely considering picking up calisthenics as another fitness journey.

Lift 4 times a week n the morning. PpxPpxx
Run in evenings twice/three times a week rotating each week. If twice then 2 runs over 4 or 5 miles. If three times a week then recovery run, intervals, then a long run
Swim in the mornings twice a week on non-gym days (Wednesday/Sunday). Currently on timed fast paced 400m, then 4x100m intervals with 90 rest.
Cycle twice a week on the days I'm not running/swimming ideally, but if you swim in the morning then a run/cycle in the evening is fine.
Eat like crazy, making sick gains at the gym, and turning up as one of the few guys that lifts properly at a triathlon feels great.
