So, do we have any boxers here?

I bought this book, "Workouts from Boxing's greatest champs" years ago, and it's really just hitting some bags, cardio, sometiems sparring, sometiems not, sometimes calisthenics, sometimes not.

Is that really a typical boxer's training? Is it really such a skill sport?

OP is doing his year long mandatory military service in a recoinnassance company. During practices my daily caloric consumption is somewhere between 4000 to 5000 kcals.

Are bodyweight exercises sufficient or should I add barbell excercises with rep range of 3 to 5?

focused on abs an chest in my prime,fucked hot girls.focused on strenght at age 24.

Started lifting in prison when I was 26. Was skinnyfat 69kg 184cm dyel. Lifted there for 8 months with protein deficit, took 4month break after got out and started back for 6 month now. 184cm 85kg and smaller bf% than when I was dyel. Not yet made it but Im making progress and my whole young adulthood was fucked with drugs and booze so i wager you can make it.

Since I was 17 (20 now), I've had a bad habit of picking the skin where there were little pustules, primarily on my upper arms (left especially), which caused this small scars to appear. Not even that, even mildly scratching off the top most layer of skin would cause ugly scabs that would later become those same scars. I feel extremely self conscious and can't work out or wear a short sleeve shirt without feeling embarrassed because of my nasty skin. Is there any home remedies or over the counter medicines I can use to make them less visible? I'm going to see a doctor tomorrow for an unrelated ailment but I really don't trust doctors for squat, they're just glorified prescription merchants. Help me /fit/, my skin is the greediest of gains goblins

I think the shits is from the caffeine in it. Usually when I take mine I go to the restroom as well. But pre workout can help you just make sure you get some good sleep. I've had days where I'm tired and it gives me the energy, other days I'm tired and I go to the gym do a half assed worked out

Im a college student, one or two classes a day, normally i would cook (really enjoy it), go lift some weights, play some video games and go drinking at night.

The past week, ive been fasting and i just have so much spare time, getting bored of things like video games, books, movies etc. Don't have anyone to cook for and going to the gym is useless, as i won't be gaining any muscle. Ive still been going for my 30 minute walk, but all up i find myself with 8+ hours of spare time day and i have no idea what to do with it? Thought of hitting some local bike tracks but it's been raining loads and they're all wet.

Whats some ways i can full in some spare time anons? i thought of learning a new skill but i honestly have no idea what i would learn. Open to any suggestions?
