Yesterday was supposed to be rest day and I trained anyway it, felt good to train but had to skip last rows or risk an injury, I could feel it.
Today would be 5th day in a row I spend 2+ hrs a day at the gym and I feel like it's a bad idea to go, yet still want to. I know I could train chest and tris, not sure how well the delts or traps hold up if I want to do any compound movements. Thoughts on rest days, do you keep them religiously?

You can't keep a full intensity for a long time, even a moderate time before burning out. Just do calisthenics and cardio on rest days.
