I've heard good comments about it, and Lyle knows what he talks about, so maybe try it.
Why I do this it hurt back ever time. Doesn't understand how hurt spine is when done. Hurt for short time but better next day. It in low back part.

it takes a lot of time to actually 'figure' out the proper technique of ballet, but for guys, you can expect to make enormous gains in first of all calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, lower back, lats, and transverse abs (the ones that are behind the visible ones, that essentially are responsible for cinching in your torso and waist, so your torso and waist will become narrower (tighter cinched) over time).

most serious major ballet academies are always looking for more guys to join their classes, even perhaps for minor roles in performances, for background stuff, minor partnering stuff (doing basic lifts with girls and such)

What's not a meme is how fermented foods help encourage healthy gut bacteria. This in turn affects your mood and your digestion. I take 2tbsp on an empty stomach every morning.
You can have any fermented food - sauerkraut, kim chi, etc, but ACV is probably the best since it's so easy to take.

I ignored his advice and went back to the gym a month later when I thought I felt better, after my session my joints were in fucking ridiculous pain, I had to take pain killers just to go to sleep. When I went to see him he told me again at least 5 months of minimal strenuous activity.
