Just got a months prescription of the generic version of Adipex. Any advice or things to watch for, I've never taken it or any diet type pill before.
Stats for the curious
6'1
starting weight: 365
Current: 313
Goal: 220
Trying to lose it before the next two semesters of college is over so I can enlist in the Navy.
M17. I started working out a month ago but since I've always been pretty active with hockey loosing my extra fat was easy. I just need help with getting my back bigger. Give me some alpha tips.

No new zyzz footage, jailbait warrior hasn't uploaded for about 2 years, conor Murphy is pale and skinny fat now, skywalker never uploads and has infected nigga lips, babo doesn't even lift and chestbrah is to busy selling printers.
I suppose it's all coke down to this, the survivors of the fitness industry are Jason blaha, vegan gainz and G-off seid.
Come feel with me brehs.
>>42605142
It's not that bad.
Jailbait warrior is sucking dicks for a line of coke.
Lifted some time ago, stopped cause injuries. Knees still hurt sometimes when putting pressure on them thanks to squatting.
Did I permanently damage my knees and my completely nullified and chance at being able to lift again?
>lanklet, compound exercises they said
Your knees won't ever heal if you don't use them. Start rehabbing with body weight squats and stretching and shit
>>42605045
>and my completely nullified and chance at being
I honestly don't know how this happened. Hope you forgive, /fit/
>>42605052
Okay thanks, can I do squats at all later? I wanted to hit the gym with a friend in a month, we're gonna buy a 12 month membership and I really want to get serious this time. Should I only use bodyweight for the time being and focus on upper body? How would I go about doing that without compound exercises? The time I lifted might as well not count at all.
What's on your mind anon?
>>42605024
>isn't hard
wew what a fag
>>42605035
>t. virgin
Yo,
Has anyone that's in relatively good shape (just needs to lose a few % body fat) ever drastically dropped calories and had success?
I'm looking to spend about 10 days or so at about 1800 calories without losing any muscle? Is it possible? I normally eat about 3000 calories.
What's the relationship between muscle loss and a big drop in calories?
Thanks.
>>42604868
why don't you just eat less calories and lift lighter weights?
>>42604872
That's what I'm looking to do.
Reminder that fatties who un-fat themselves are the strongest race on earth.
>Only fatties who got /fit/ are allowed to post in this thread.
Fat people who get fit tend to be the most alpha, why don't you get fat just to un-fat yourself, /fit/?
>>42604629
Im just as sperg as i was when i was fat. Kill me.
>>42604629
Post a front pic of that faggot
>literally wide hips low t faggot lol
Also most fat people who get fit still stay self conscious and retarded their whole life
i was fat, not obese but overweight, then i went into skinnyfat mode after a lot of cardio, now im slightly bit bigger due to lifting but still in fluffy state, with gyno and lovehandles
im insecure as it gets, but not as hard as i used be.
Ill lose about 8 kgs more and then slowly eat at mainetance and lift hard. Dont really care about being huge, but athletic look with decent back development (for a natty)
>felled for the no carbs meme
>ended up looking like a holocaust victim and also fatigued
Thanks a lot memesters.
>>42604290
KEK, another one bites the dust lads.
Good job.
Anytime, handsome.
>felled
>it's pizza day
Fuck yeah. After eating healthy most of the month, this is the one day a month I order Jet's Pizza and breadsticks and eat the whole meal like a pig.
>>42603935
Just wait for the incredibly terrible shits youll get
>>42603935
Jets Pizza is fucking GOAT! worked there for a year then quit because I just couldn't control myself around that pizza.
>cute guy hogging the squat rack again
i know girls have autism and you will absolutely never do this:
go ask to work in with him, i'm sure he'd be excited to work with someone.
unless you're a guy, then quit being a fag and go ask to work in with him.
>>42603307
just spot him and squat the weight for him
Daily reminder that SS (or its predecessor) was originally intended for high school American football players who were training in a demanding sport multiple times a week, growing quickly, probably drinking in parks all evening or swimming down the creek (or whatever high school footballers do) and pursuing and ejaculating in to jailbaits with ferocity.
Doing nothing but going to the gym 3 times a week DOES NOT constitute anything CLOSE to an active lifestyle. Not even FUCKING close. SS as marketed towards neckbeards may say it does but it doesn't.
Your thread is terrible OP, and you're a /r9k/ faggot for specifically saving that pic just to share to anons on the Internet
>>42603146
THANK YOU BACK-SNAP GORILLA
>>42603117
Studies have pretty much confirmed hitting all your body parts 2-3x per week is optimal. Sure SS beginner routine can't do that but you don't need to go to the gym more than 2x per week doing full body to do so. Studies have also shown you can make good strength gains lifting only once a week. It all depends on your goals. Do you want the most bang for your buck or do you want your entire existence to be real world: in da gym?
How good is peanut butter for bulking up, especially PBD? I know it has the brotein, but is it effective overall?

it's working for them
Can't find motivation to change your diet? Here are three documentaries that I have watched that give an amazing point of view on the food industry over the world.
- Food Inc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eHJiNC_7wuw
- Fed Up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aCUbvOwwfWM
- Cowspiracy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nV04zyfLyN4
Anyone here already seen them? What did you think about them?
These honestly helped me keep on cutting soda, sweets, junk food and all the shit out of my diet.
>>42602967
seen Fed Up
seems like the basic "epic transformatino" that you see on youtube
>dude strength = aesthetics if you're not fat
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nc3pPobZDDA
????
>>42602953
but he isnt strong o why would you want him to be aesthethic?
I know we often have threads about "people you used to think were huge before you started lifting", but how about the opposite?
Has anyone gained a greater respect/appreciation of someone's physique since lifting?
I was watching some Stargate SG1 clips on Youtube the other day, and in some scenes - especially in later seasons - all I could notice were how huge Chris Judge's traps actually were. Like sometimes they look absolutely fucking huge. I also believe he has a decent physique in general, and I just took that for granted back in the day.
This isn't the best pic but I couldn't find any real example of his traps looking huge, as I'm at work so I can't autistically scour SG1 youtube clips.
>>42602944
You're right. Never noticed before.
>>42602944
I've definitely gained a greater respect for people with good physiques and notice them more often now that i know the work that goes into them
