Same age and height as Conor lately all I want in life is his body.
How do i achieve it in ahortest time possible.
Im skinny fat same weight as conor 73 kg

Been runing once in 5 days also hit gym and heavy bag once in 5 days
I see some resaults but his arms are huge mine aren't.
Can i fucking grow arms that big????

I've got some wrist issues - mainly arthritis in my right wrist. This is effecting my bench press. Does anyone have any advice on either exercises I can do to strengthen my wrist, medication I can take to help reduce the pain/inflammation while lifting, or any ideas about how to properly brace my wrist?

I have the same problem. The pain was really bad for about 2 months and I think I sprained it. It's gotten a lot better and I think I'll be going back to the gym really soon. I just hope it wasn't something worse than a sprain and it's not something long term.

So I don't have arthritis but I do have residual issues from fracturing my wrist as a kid (mostly because my parents didn't believe I had hurt my wrist and I went a month with a fractured wrist before they took me to a doctor).

Bench, OHP, dips, push ups and shitty cleans where I fuck the catch up and it lands on my wrist can trigger pain whenever my wrist bends back that can last for several days. The only solution I've found is making liberal use of wrist wraps.

I had similar issues, started doing deadhangs, monkey bars and farmers walk with a dumbell, don't have wrist issues any more after like 4 months of it, I also increased my bench from 185 to 225 in this time which I attribute to the wrist work because I was stuck on 185 for months.

Eat enough protein and keep your muscles pumped. Have some light weights in your room and do reps of 20 to pump yourself up.

Any tips for how to setting long term fitness goals? I know that I really want to develop my upper body, specifically chest and shoulders.

How fast you should be gaining weight.

Make sure to keep track of your weight every 3 or 4 days to week and half a week. 1lb a week is basic, but 1lb per week and a half is better

If I eat at maintainence everyday but eat 2000 calories above maintainence one day a week, will I only gain muscle on that day? Or will it be the same as eating 300 above maintainence each day?

This is not recommended. Protein synthesis after working out peaks after 24 hours, you should maintain a surplus everyday.

Biochemically it would be similar. Not 1:1 but close enough. However having a binge day each week probably would be a bad idea in the long run, especially psychologically.
