recommend a good morning routine to eliminate belly fat that can be done on an exercise mat

Consume 20% fewer calories than your body uses daily. That is the only thing that you need to eliminate fat.

>>42615940
He's the /fit/ equivalent of Chris-chan.
Haven't been to the gym in about a month, due to a re-location and some other life events
before the move my 1RM's were as follows:
ohp: 190
bench: 275
squat: 445
diddly: 470
going as a guest with my buddy today to get a feel for how much my numbers have potentially dropped
is there a certain way I should go about doing this?Spend more time than usual stretching/rolling? As far as the lifting, I was just planning on feeling out each lift, with maybe 35 lb jumps until about 90% max effort, then resetting my training max based on that
thoughts?
>>42615665
Now that done there depends on how much ya ate and what ya ate son, if ya dint eat nuff then ya gon hav sum drops done there sonny boy
Just start at about 80% your usual weight and feel it out. I took about a month or a little more off at one point and my lifts dropped significantly. I wasn't eating right either. As an example I was able to hit 10 good reps in a set on bench at 235, after my break I was struggling with 5x5 at 225. Squats dropped from 445 max to struggling 5 reps with 300. I'm sure everyone varies but fuck man don't take long breaks they suck.
>>42615728
op here, I've also had some elbow tendonitis I was hoping would heal up during the move
the only other break I've taken in the past two years was a month long bender after a relationship went fucking nuclear
I'm not expecting much, I feel it even after taking just a week off

Nice trips!
When I accidentally the fridge, I feel so bad that I take a long cardio workout to get rid of all the extra calories.
Make it into motivation. And yes, just fucking eat it but work out bro.
>lose almost 40 pounds in 9 months
>nearing my target BMI
>eating far more vegetables and fiber
>hemorrhoids still flaring up
I am literally bleeding out of my asshole at this moment. What can I do to end my suffering that doesn't involve surgery, or ingesting lead at 1200 f/s?
Take a shower 2time/day , cold water only
Take good soap ( 100% natural , like Alep )
If all you eat is gud then it should be enough
Or stop getting anally fugged maybe
>>42614647
For me it's 100% about hydration.
Drink a shitload of water over a few days and they go away.
By a shitload I mean a solid half liter every hour you're awake.
Happy thread!
ITT: We write something nice that has happened to us lately related to training
My squat was like 50% of my deadlift because of my long legs. Found a power/olympic lifting gym and everyone there is relaxed, nice and helpful (except like 1 person, fuck that person). Squat feels fucking awesome now and my poverty bench is starting to get out of the ghetto! Never going back to a commercial gym
Managed to do 8 pull ups when I could previously only do either 5 with terrible form, or 8 neutral grip pull ups. Its something.
Was doing some preachers and >that girl didn't even enter my mind

Progressing from beginner to intermediate so I have started to include some periodization in SS as recommended for "advanced beginners". Essentially just a light day Wednesday. The thing is going to the gym without the mindset of breaking a new PR or working my ass off lowers my motivation. How do those who are on weekly or even monthly periodization deal with these sort of feels?
>>42614470
Switch your focus to volume on light days or switch to a cardio heavy endurance day and focus on increasing other kinds of performance.
>>42614470
you deal with it because you know you won't be hitting PR's for weeks at a time and you won't make much progress if you don't take rest days, do lots of volume, etc. It's just part of life once you get further into lifting.
Eventually your PR attempts just go from daily to weekly to monthly to bimonthly. That's just how the progression curve goes man. If you need "motivation" how about you just kill yourself because this isn't he hobby for you
I have been recommended this pre-workout by a dude at the gym. 30servings-20$ so basically cheaper than sips. Is it any good? Is it any bad? Pic related
It's genuinely amazing how many people cannot properly read a nutrition label. How can it have as much of those ingredients when a serving is 25g? It's bullshit OP.
>>42615670
Active ingredients are around 17 g, which leaves rooms for unlisted carbs.
>'anon has a shitty workout' episode
why does this one get repeated so often?
