What is your experience with lifting while on phenibut? I am planning on buying some for the first time in the hopes that it will help with my anxiety/social anxiety and sleep issues. I've read all the guides I can find on it and will probably take up to 1,250mg once or twice a week, so I don't plan to trip balls on it but am wondering if it could negatively affect my lifts.

Also, has anyone purchased phenibut from Liftmode? It seems like there are a shit ton of shill reviews and comments so it's hard to tell whether it's worth buying from them or not.

I get mine from liftmode, works well. I wouldn't work out on it since it makes you chilled out. it's best for recovering on rest day or socializing since it's lowers your inhibitions. do NOT take more than twice a week

Do you use it in powder form or capsule form? I know it would be a little cheaper to get powder but honestly I think I would rather just pay a little more for the convenience of a pill (as long as it works the same.)

/fatfuck/ here, if I'm cutting back on food intake I should expect to feel a little hunger right? I'm just trying to eat normal serving size portions. I just had dinner and I'm still feeling a little hungry. I don't want to burn out again.

This isn't a crash diet or anything. I'm just eating normally and not enough for a small army. I did skip lunch just because my schedule isn't really allowing for it.

Yes. Depending on the diet you have, you can also feel hungrier. If you're eating a lot of carbohydrates rather than veg and meat, you'll probably feel the hunger more.

So I fucked my shoulder up and I can't hit the gym for now while it heals. Maybe it takes a week maybe more. I want to work on my core during this time . what ab workouts require minimal shoulder use? Crunches, sit-ups and lying leg raises come to mind. What else anons

Sorry if this sounds stupid and long-winded but I’m new here and new to fitness and need advice as to where to go next. I lost 60 pounds over the last 2 years (30 of them in the last 5 months). I want to keep lean while also building muscle, but I’m unsure if I should be cutting or adding mass. Part of me thinks 155 pounds is too low (I’m 5’11’’), but another part of me is afraid to start gaining weight again because I lived as a fatty for so long. I’m afraid to eat more because to myself I still feel really fat (probably because of loose skin?), but I’m starting to think I might need to get above the 150 pound mark to start looking better. In the last 2 months, I increased my daily calories from ~1800 to ~2600 and started aiming for 120g of protein a day, and reduced cardio and increased training which I hope will help. I’m noticing a lot of good visual changes but I just want to ensure I’m on the right track.

I guess I’m just looking for advice, criticism, and suggestions regarding my diet and body recomposition process. Anything would be appreciated.

I’ll post a few pics of how I look today. Unfortunately I don’t have many older pictures.

I started going to the gym one month ago with some friends, I thought the laziness in me disappeared, since I didn't skip one day, but my friends are away on holiday and I can't even get out of bed let alone going to the gym.

Depends on why you're doing it, some find motivation to slay more pussy, some get motivation to be an inspiration to someone they care about, some do it because they've had health problems while others due it out of self hatred. No one can tell you what will motivate you that's something you have to find for yourself, because everyone in the world can tell you you should but that doesn't mean you will.

Friends are the absolute WORST gains goblins. You may not realize it at first, but it's true. Lifting with friends means that everyone in the group is there for social interaction to some extent, and that inhibits your dedication to lifting. Once you start going primarily for that interaction rather than the lifting itself, you become dependent on your friends being there and when they aren't, you lack motivation or don't go at all.

I'm a skelly that can't seem to gain weight. I've made insane progress in strength the past 6 months but i swear I'm still professor skeleton. Biology this doesn't make any sense people even point it out at the gym amazed that i can lift so much that's how fucked up it is.
Example of what i eat in a day
>6 egg whites
>3 serving bag of cheddar sun chips
>Steak bomb sub
>2 slices of cheese burger deluxe pizza
>2 packs of ramen noodles
>Plate of spaghetti and meatballs
>Also 6 beers
I'm pretty sure i lost 2 lb. This month too. Example of curl progress 15s to 35s and 2 wide pull ups to 15. I've stayed 135-142 range this entire fucking time and still skelly. Should i just give up and call the world records and apply for strongest skeleton?

Any day meal suggestions would be appreciated

I´m currently 46 mins in on my 1 hour calf set. I started experimenting with these a few days ago since I finally realized that i have to do something for my shitty calves. I´ve allways hated calf training since it leaves me basically crippled but doing raises whilst lurkin on a standing desk is pretty chill. Also the most shredded calves are allmost allways owned by mountaneers so I might actually be into something here with these long sets.

I'm thinking about adding YOGA into my routine 2 times a week. There is this cool place in my area that gives classes donation based. So I figure 10 bucks a class.

Stretching is a good thing, I know this. I life heavy and hard 5 days a week. I do mediate once a week. I sleep to meditation music and chants too help promote lucid dreaming (It works)

The thing is on the web site they offer all these different named classes and it confuses me.
I'm gonna drop the link, perhaps one of yous guys could look it over and recommend a good starting class.
