Small to medium-sized tats are good so long as they are stylistic, minimalist (note this does not mean small), and not shit. Colour is meh.

Not really /fit/ related...but actually /fit/ related. So can you tell me why you take pride of things you haven't achieved? I mean, I get it, 99% of this board is far-right. What I don't get is why would you be proud of things that were given to you, not the ones you have achieved. Would you take pride of being prone to mental illness? I don't think so. So what's the point of bragging about big dick or height? It isn't your achievement, you were born like this and you cannot possibly affect it. From my point of view (>inb4 projection), there are two options - you are either compensating for the fact you can't do shit on your own and you just need something positive about life or you are trolling, which on 4chin means pissing in an ocean of piss.

I'm center-left by American standards but I never understood why I shouldn't be proud of my country. It does take effort to be a good Canadian/Welshman and upholding the values that I learned from growing up in my country isn't easy, so it makes sense to be proud of it?

OP, eat 6-8 eggs and a bowl of oats for breakfast and drink a gallon of whole milk all in addition to the stuff you normally eat everyday for a month or two. I guarantee you that by the end of that month or two you will not weigh 150 pounds.

Just make sure you hit the gym hard though

I am not jacked but been going to the gym for like six years now.

Anyways, I'm a 4chan oldfag and I don't have any friends nor do I get chicks. The reason I originally started going to the gym was because I needed something to do after school and after work so I wouldnt end up sitting at home for entire evenings by myself.

My first gym I went to was always empty, but had a T.V. To me that was a luxurious thing that I didn't own. *(I was pretty poor at the beginning)

Then later on I now go to a nice gym that has amenities. I would consider going to the gym as just a nice way to spend a couple hours of peace.

Maybe get off the roids if you arn't feeling like you wanna do them. Which is fine. I think one thing is that women arn't worth fucking up your body for. Would never white knight for a biitch.

How much alcohol does it take /fit/ to get drunk? My friends call me "iron belly" because I do the "15 min beer slam challenge" it's a test of how many 12 ozs you can slug in 15 mins. No shotguns or spilling it on yourself. I earned my nickname because I slugged 10 in 15 mins and kept drinking afterwards.

To make story short. I had always been overweight until early 2014. I got an exercise bike and began doing cardio for an hour for less than a year. I did get results, but my stomach still wasn't as flat as I would've liked. I eventually stopped cause family told me I was getting too skinny. I gained a little weight again, so I started running this time, around mid-2016. Now I'm skinnier than before, but again my stomach still isn't flat like I would like. My legs are now very thin, and so are my arms. I run every other day for 30 minutes and do 60 pushups a day. What else can I do? I've read the sticky, but I still prefer insight from people here. Thank you.

There's no "howevers" here, there's no "buts." It's hard work, but if you don't do it, you won't see results. Period. Sack up and cut, lift, and if you religiously tracked your intake and religiously followed a strength program, and after 6 months saw zero progress in any direction, then you can come here and bitch. /fit/'s not going to tell you what you want to hear, they're going to tell you what will get you results. That's what's in the sticky and it's worked for everyone with a modicum of willpower.
