You need more then 4 exercises and you need a plan for PROGRESSION so you can measure if you are actually getting better.

anyone on here struggled with bad gut microbiome (at that's what i was told)? been to numerous doctors who just prescribe some bullshit tabs that don't even help. So I'm thinking about getting some of these to try some punishing upper body workouts. Do you know anything about them? Are they a meme, or a real and useful exercise tool which can add variety to a traditional lifting-based regiment?

Ring pull ups are much easier on my shoulders than straight bar pull ups or chin ups

Would definitely recommend the purchase, theyre a great piece of equipment for a home gym

I am new to /fit/, I've read the sticky a bit but I still have questions.
What's the best way to build upper body/arm strength? I'm 6"1' and about 215 lbs., probably around 21% BF with a 3000 TDEE. I can't do a push-up because no upper body strength, and the most I can lift reliably is a 10 pound dumbbell, and even then I can only do about 2 reps of 25 lifts before I get tired. Any surefire, easy ways to change that? Also my chest is kinda puffy, will that reduce if/when I start lifting?

It's pretty obvious that you should start off easy. Do inverted rows/aussie pullups for biceps and back. Pushups on your knees for chest and triceps. Be creative, it isn't difficult.
