Does /fit/ have any? or am I the only one who's autism rubs off on my eating habits

I get anxiety thoughout the day for no reason at all. I already exercise regularly.

What would be the cause of this? I dont do heavy squats and I probably only run 3-4 miles a week. I do light squats as well as air squats during slow days at work. My knees started having a deep dull throbbing pain last night and they are still hurting today. It happens to me occasionally, sometimes after I have used my knees other times it happens with no real use of my Knees.

I am a Burger and a trip to the doctor(even with my insurance) would cost me a couple hundred dollars and well over $1000 if I had a X-ray or a MRI.
