I've been living in the gym, buying protein shakes and all that shit for a solid month trying to stop being a skinnyfag virgin 22 year old man.

But I haven't seen any progress at all and have actually LOST 2lbs. The pic is of Jacob fucking Sartorius, to give you an idea of how weak I am my bicep is half the size of his in the photo and is completely flat. This kid is the poster boy for weakness and compared to me he looks like a bodybuilder, he's probably not tensing either my arm is half that size when I tense.

My pecs are the worst part, they look like a toddler's. I do not have pecs, I look like I had breast removal surgery. Again, Jacob's pecs dwarf mine and even this piece of shit has a 6 pack.

Can someone please tell me how a renowned 14 year old weakling can look like fucking Arnie compared to me? I'm pretty sure he doesn't work out so how comes he's so much stronger?

so I've been wanting to lose weight for a while, but i cannot find the motivation. i'm not a lard-ass but i'm bigger than most my friend group. if i were to guess i'd say 235lb (i don't have a scale in my house). if i was taller i'd be in the clear. however i'm only about 5'8 again just guessing because we don't have any means of measure in the house.

it'd probably help if i told you a little about my personality so to help with motivation ideas. i'm Conservative, nihilist, introvert. it's gonna be pretty difficult to get motivation. i can post more about myself if needed.

What gets me to exercise is thinking about friends that I would like to make more than friends, I start thinking about a future with them, maybe it's delusion but i'll never know if I try and I'll never try if I know I look like a melting marshmallow.

Use girls to motivate
If that doesn't work then think about who you want to be.

When thinking of girls doesn't work I think of all the good I can do for others when I'm actually strong.

Funny story:

>Be me
>Want to get healthier so I start running before dawn (I lived in a mountain town so 6 AM was before dawn)
>Invite friend
>Go to a back street since a nice breeze blows through from the mountains
>See a taxi parked on the side of the road
>See two girls, clearly drunk stumble out as well as three guys
>We pass by with no real issue
>Hear shuffling behind me
>See one of the girls pushed against the grass curb on the side of the road
>Her friend is calling for help
>One guy gets on top of the girl on the grass
>I stop and look behind me
>Stand there for a minute, lump in my throat
>I felt weak, and this burn of anger and guilt inside me.
>Friend tells me there's nothing we can do
>Eventually swallow, nod, and turn around
>We finish our run and head home

I have no idea what happened to those women, I just wish that I could have done something. The guilt motivates me mostly, also the desire to be strong and skilled enough to do something more should that situation ever come up again.

Thought I was permo skelly. Ate 3200 cals. a day Went from 6' 1" 165 to 203 in three years. Wasn't easy, adn I feel like thats your main problem. Eating that many cals consistanty is pretty rough.

Have any of you guys ever tried being anorexic to lose weight. If so can you tell me about your experiences?

Sorry for blog-posting but I am an overweight 19 year old and I hate being a fat ass. I don't really go outside (Besides going to college classes) because of anxiety issues. For the past 2 weeks I have just been on an elliptical bike eating a meal once every other day and drinking a lot of water. I feel that it is helping but I am worried about the ill effects of it. Are the side-effects more physical or more mental? I can deal with mental side effects.

I'm aware that there are healthier ways to lose weight, its just that every time I see my reflection I want to kick the chair.

It isn't something you can turn on and off, my friend. A lot of people don't seem to realise anorexia isn't seeing a fat person in the mirror and thinking "I'm fat and need to lose weight"; it's seeing a healthy or objectively skinny person in the mirror, and picking out minor flaws like lovehandles, how you look from the side, in certain light, etc and convincing yourself you need to lose weight because of it. Physical effects are pretty much no energy, no desire to do anything except exercise and eat what you tell yourself you're allowed to, feeling cold ALL the time, and everything kind of blurring together so you're never really truly aware of what's going on around you. Mentally it's like having two people living inside your head; one that's desperate to eat and eat and eat, and one that's telling you that you can't and shouldn't.
Being a fatass and taking steps to not be a fatass is not being anorexic, it's being normal and sensible. Read the sticky thoroughly so you can lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way, and stop trying to be a special snowflake.

Had a drink with my mates, now chilling home with a glass of milk and seeing what my /fit/ friends are up to.

Why do people recommend working out every other day and keep your workouts less than an hour or 50-40 minutes?

And as you know, steroids and cocaine have been the drug combo of choice for bodybuilders and fitness guys ever since the time of Sandow.

As a natty. You should lower the amount of time you spend strenuously exercising. You can get away with multiple hour workouts if you don't do it for very long like for a month or so, and do very little else and keep your calories high and stress levels low.

But beyond that, you're going to end up injured and fucked and have to take a few days OR WEEKS off and fully recoup and rest and refeed to rebuild.

Trust me.
I was a huge as fuck natural who did little more then train read about training play sports sleep and eat.
That's fucking all.
