What is your daily routine for keeping your skin in decent condition?

I only wash my face with water in the morning and when I shower, but I'm noticing my nose has visible pores full of shit.

I'm a recovering fatty (lost 20kg) I don't have loose skin because I lost weight slowly and pounded foods with vitamin E, and put coconut oil and shit on my skin. I do have some scars from my skin stretching when I got fat in the first place, anyone have pro-tips to make them fade or heal? They are pretty old, they don't even look that bad. But I want to be the best post fat version of me that I can be.

So /fit/ I was asked to join a band as a bass player. If I do accept, I'll have to spend alot hours practicing bass, recording etc. I'm wondering, will that fuck up my gains / recovery time? Will playing alot of bass kill my gains?

I lifted for a year, my body was great, then I moved to another city, stopped lifting, lost my gf and now I'm moving back to my town and I'll start from 0 again.

So, for aesthetics, it's better now to do a 5 days or a 3 days a week routine?

I'm kinda confused about how I should go back to it all again.

I started using facebook again because I got a bunch of normie friends from my new job. They're a good time and it's been nice being with different types of people. Facebook is cancer as fuck but they all insist on using it for group chat and shit so I kind of have to.

I don't think social media is good for finding NEW friends tho, do that shit irl.

I use twitter just because I like to follow people of all kinds of different political views and watch the drama between them.

I have crippling perfectionism so I'll get stuck in cycles of doing nothing. Even though I know that not doing nothing is killing me psychologically because I have high aims, I'm so afraid of failure that I won't spring into action and be in "planning" phase forever.

In a sense, if my plans have not left my mind and become actions at least partially I cannot fail because I have 0 accountability. So I thought that making a pledge here as a sort of ritual might help break this psychological cycle. At least you calling me an autist will be input from the exterior in response to my actions.

Cmon, I cannot be the only one this autistic.

how long should a bulk last? what would be a good target weight gain?
My maintanance is 2000 and I'm bulking at 2500 (I don't wanna fucc up my growth spurt and be a manlet). When I started bulking a month ago I was around 124, now I'm 132, even though I realistically should be 128. What gives? Is it water weight?
Also my dear abs are going away. Pls help. I'm not dirty bulking

Don't do such a big surplus. 250 is more than enough. Any more and you'll just have to do a long cut at the end.
Aim to gain a half pound a week, if that seems like nothing, remember that it's still 24lbs a year.
I'm assuming you're a newbie so bulk like that for at least 1 year, or 2 years if you do occasional mini cuts. Only do a mini cut once you're about 15% and do a 750-1000 cal deficit for 4 weeks. Don't do those deficits for any longer than 4 weeks.

This is what anyone that's been lifting for multiple years, that's trying to actually help you would recommend. Don't listen to the 500-1000 cal surplus people, I guarantee you they look like shit.
