None, but what i did is a lot of pull ups and pushups just to make the entire upper half bigger and wider and went on runs and a cut to lose fat around the love handles. I still have quite a higher body fat % too so once i really get cut in a month or 2 then there will be even less fat so will look even better.

Should be about 250-300 kcal each, depending on the fat % of the hummus and the sugar % of the second sauce. Point is, spinach has way less calories than either rice or beans
It's amazing because the intense, aggresive flavor of the hummus and the intense sweet-sour flavor of the second sauce compliment each other perfectly, and both intense flavors are mellowed out by the neutral, fresh crispiness of the spinach and the bread
Now your problem might be not being able to stop at the 10th wrap, in which case the calories still add up, but usually by the 3rd my teeth feel sort of coarse on the outside, so I notice it and stop
