I'm a fat fuck, but from this past saturday, after reading on /fit/ about IF, I've said "it's enough".

I only eat 1 time per day (lunch), 1 beef and salad, nothing more.
On saturday I had 113,3kg, now (tuesday morning) I have 110,1kg.

Seeing this kind of results after 3 days... the feeling of knowing that I'm going to make it... it's really awesome, and it's all because of you, thanks guys.

Yes, exercising works, but I'm looking for fast results, I see IF as the pinnacle of gains (weight loss) for fat fucks.

I hope by the end of the next week to weight less than 100kg, oh man this will feel so good.

Anyone else doing stomach vacuums all day long? Basically everytime i remember this exercise exists i try to do some reps. Sitting,standing,walking,running whatever, it doesn't matter.

Ive ADF fasted for 8 weeks.
Im really craving a big meal at night but go around 50 calories on the fasting days.
(Coffee counts as reverse calories even with milk and sugar i think btw i only have 1 coffee a day).
I try to have under 2000 calories on my eating days and feel satisfied and dont have to have asmuch food.

But it sucks not being able to have dinner so ill probably change the ADF fasting to something else when i permanently have my daily calories controled.


Eating lessis the only way.and there shouldbe no shortcuts. Or you will fuck up.

Less meals, and portion control.

If you deny somekinds of food alltogether itmakes you morelikely to fail if you have a bit of it cuz you beleive that kind of food has control over you.

If you eat or drink it, you count the calories. No exceptions.
The other stuff is right, but don't you feel weak, fasting 3 or 4 days per week? Limiting yourself to 1 or 2 usually works better.

I mixed oats, protein powder, peanuts and oil into a shake last year. I gained a lot of weight but after a a while my stomach couldn't handle it. And I also had a cold for like 3 months which might have been due to drinking so much of the shake I got too little nutrition (vitamins and minerals) although that's just my guess.

I recently got laid off and have a lot of free time now. I want to start getting /fit/.

I live right next to a great park in my city with a mile long running track just two blocks from my house. But, I have chronic ankle problems and have my whole life. I resprain either one probably once a year, and I'm really worried about it. How can I jog safely?

I'm not really worried about money. I'm just doing all of the things I wanted to do, but was too burned out to commit to.

I just said fuck it, and decided to do all the things I need to do to feel good about myself. So I want to get healthier, and finish a novel I've been working on. Then I'll get back to work somewhere.
