What's the point of dropping the weight if you fail 5x5 on an exercise? Why not just do 5,5,5,4,3 until you can do 5x5?

Just take more time between sets and use some defatiguing tricks.
If you're failing a weight you're either doing 4 on the first set, or 5 and then 1 or 2 on the other sets.

Hey /fit/ im currently 5' 11'' and 108lbs. As you can probably tell im grossly underweight and i need your help. Im from /a/ and /r9k/ and if i want to escape the hell that is r9k i need to be a normal person. All i do all day is sit in bed and eat constantly, and thats not an exaggeration either. I eat 3 meals a day and consistently eat food in between but i cant seem to gain weight. What do you gym rats and meat hunks recommend to fix my dire problem? Pic related is basically me

So I want to try kegel or pelvic floor exercises because supposedly they increase stamina as well as erection fullness. Problem is I've no idea how. Supposedly you use the muscles that 'flex your dick'. What the fuck do you mean 'flex your dick'. I mean I guess I can get it to move when I'm using the muscles to empty my bladder, are they the pelvic floor muscles? If so, how do kegel exercises not result in you pissing yourself? If not, what the hell are you meant to do? Are certain people simply unable to use their pelvic floor muscles, in the same way that only some people can wiggle their ears?
