Last week my max bench was 70kg. Yesterday I could lift it twice. Am I progressing appropriately? I've been doing dips and excersices mostly affecting my triceps.

Also I would like you guys give me tips on how to develope strenght.

In my honest opinion you should not max out every week for your 1rm, do it once or twice every month but not too often. You surely gained some strenght but there are also psychological factors on your increased repetition on your max bench. For all you know you could have been completely hydrated, focused, pumped for your workout etc yesterday.

If you ask about chest/triceps/shoulder strenght to go along your bench press increase your best bet is to eat good and alot, as you're still at moderate weight which should progress by having a healthy diet.
But as for exercises, Overhead Press and Dips go hand in hand with the bench press. You surely will press alot more than 70kg bench if your OHP is 70kg.

Focus on heavy compounds, eating alot, and cosistent training but also resting and sleeping enough to recover.

Why do I have to linearly progress on the same lifts in order to get stronger? Why couldn't I do random exercises every time and get stronger. Why would the muscle not recover and get stronger just because I'm not doing the same exercise every time?

I have a lot of gains and solid lifts, but I just can't be fucked sticking to my macros/calories to actually finish a cut and be lean as fuck.

I just stay around 15-20% bodyfat, but I can OHP 60kg for reps, Incline Bench 100kg for reps, and deadlift 180kg for reps.

That said, I can't even think of a reason to get lean, nobody even gives a shit about me anyway, it's not like being lean would some how change that.

Can't get enough, grocery store clerk noticed how many nuts I buy a week.
