Does anyone else find that lifting is their only outlet for their depression?

I've been extremely sad/bordering on depressed lately after a bad breakup, lost contact with some friends, and other issues.
I find that when I get to the gym all of that sadness turns into anger and I can release it on the weights I'm lifting.

I feel like absolute shit on rest days, and when I'm at home or at uni or anywhere else.

I think I need help.

Anti depression medication is known to cause such issues. Either that or you suffer from "death grip" syndrom and the stimulation you get from sex is not enough. Try getting of meds when possible, using lube when masturbating, and just take it easy. Find a position you feel the most and keep pumping.

I need advice on some "side effects" that go along with a healthy, whole grain diet.

About 95% of the time, I only eat whole grains. I also TOTALLY avoid refined sugar, refined flour, processed foods, candy, and snacks. I also don't drink any alcohol, except 2-3 times a year at work functions.

Unfortunately, whenever I deviate I immediately get diarrhea and intestinal problems. Seriously, EVERY TIME. Literally 2 beers is enough to give me bad diarrhea and pain the next day. The same is true of 2-3 slices of pizza. God help me if I have a single piece of fried chicken, because I'm 100% guaranteed to get 48 hours of diarrhea.

Does this happen to anyone else? What am I supposed to do about this? I had 2 slices of pizza at a party last night, and I've already shit 4 times this morning before 9 a.m.

Which exercise do you most commonly see people doing with bad form?

For me it's these. I've never seen anyone doing them slow and controlled like you're meant to, there's always swinging, sometimes so much that I wonder if they're even using their abs at all.

Rep ranges are important to cycle trough. Do all for one exercise at one given time. Example:
Deadlift heavy 3 reps to failure. Rest.
Remove some weight. Failure at maybe 8 reps. Rest. Repeat til you fail at around 15-20 reps, then start over but go the other way around, increase the weight for every set.
