Seriously, what the duck do people squat so much for? I was right at 300lbs and dropped to 225 for sets of 10-12 reps.

Legs started looking better and my joints feel much better.

Please, somebody tell me what the point of squatting heavy is.

Been googling and browsing info about how to get a strong/chiseled jawline but everyone says different things and not sure about chewing too much gum.

So how do you get it? Pure genetics or is there a way to cure fattyface syndrome?

I notice when I flex my bicep a bit of pit hair curls out from my shirt and looks a little displeasing.
