What are good foods to eat on a cut?
It seems the prevailing advice, when skinny-fat, is to cut to well-defined muscle, then bulk to increase muscle mass. It seems that I'm to drink only water and eat healthy protein.
I generally eat 1-3 peanut butter sandwiches and 1-2 chicken breasts a day, and I only drink water. Is this ok?

"Fat burning" just means your body will primarily use fats , but it need less Kcals /hours and Kcals are what counts .
There is no correlation between using fat for fuel & losing fats, that's why keto is retarded.

Okay fit I need your help in this. I'm a type one diabetic and am very insulin dependent. I have an insulin pump which I use all day every day. Sadly, I am also trying to get very fit and I am having issues. I typically inject my insulin pump on my stomach, but that is he only location I am still carrying a good amount of fat and am trying to make my stomach as lean as possible. When I started lifting, my legs had enough fat to inject the pump on the side of my thigh, but now my legs are so lean that the insulin pump won't deliver if I try to attach the port there. Are there any other locations besides the stomach which have enough fat where I could inject the pump without issue?

I would have thought it would, but it keeps giving me issues and saying it is unable to deliver the medicine. I figure it has to muscle related because when I stand and the muscle is flexed, it does not work. If I lay down or release the pressure on the muscle, it is able to deliver a little before then failing again

Thinking of getting my first pup. What breed should I get if I want to run with his / her ass on pavement? I see this sometimes in the morning with grills running with dogs and pushing a stroller - I feel like I'm missing out.

You shouldnt run long distance with puppies they should be fully grown when you do any serious running. Id reccomend hunting or working type dogs aside from belgian malionois unless you really wanna do nothing but run and train. My doberman gsd mix needs around 4 miles / 2 walks a day to keep him content. Check your local animal shelter. Here in ca you can get then for about 150 with all shots and chipped which is what youll most likely pay for the dog alone from a back yard breeder.
