What's the consensus on palm oil? I know it's plant based but because of the amount of animals that die in the production of it can it still be considered ethical? I heard if palm oil is replaced by another oil it would take up about twice as much land so is the animal deaths a necessary evil just like the insects and rodents that die in the production of grains?

I've been so fucking depressed these past couples of days. I think this is the lowest I've fallen in my life (in terms of mental health). Is it just easier to end it all then to pursue my hopeless dream of becoming something someone looks up to? Will becoming fit change my life around? Has becoming fit or improving some part of your life changed you for the better?

Don't kys man, it is the easy way out. Life is meant to challenge you, because that is the only way you can truly experience it.
First of all: stop dreaming about other people looking up to you, you shouldn't be dependent on others in order to achieve your dreams.
If your social status bothers you, then stop caring about it. It is that easy. Just don't give a shit about what other people think of you.
I think there still is hope for you though.
Start dieting with a caloric deficit of 300-500. Nothing to drastic/no crash dieting. You need to change your diet for good. I recommend replacing unhealthy food with foods that are good for you (rich in fiber, protein, unsat. Fats). It is very important that you actually like these foods, so that you can stick to your diet and won't feel the need to cheat.
Start with doing light exercise, such as walking, jogging or cycling. Try to go for a walk daily and do other exercises every other day.
Now your mental development is also very important, as your mental state is likely what has gotten you into this position in the first place.
I recommend reading up on buddhism or reading meditations by marcus aurelius (or other stoic philosophers).
Meditation and exercise also helps with your mental state.
It is essential that you learn to manage your mind so you become happier, more confident and less likely to overeat.

So I started lifting a week ago.
Today I was doing 40kg deathlift and started shaking at the last rep although my form didn't crumble.
Do I lack some kind of vitamin?
Now I'm a bit scared of doing deathlifts again.

Ask trainer to help you and stop doing deadlifts.
Most likely you are not doing them properly because you need to stretch your lower back and legs.
Make sure the form is proper, then do deadlifts. It's one of the most complicated exercises even tho it looks easy.
It's called a deadlift fella. It's called a deadlift for a reason. Just stick at it.

'Cardio kills your gains' is a MEME. Ignore it. Just eat a little more to offset the calorie burning.
It doesn't kill your gains if you eat enough, I think running screws more with your knees than necessary if all you're looking to do is cardio however.
