Does sex count as a workout? I hump 3-4 times a day sometimes and I don't have the motivation to work out afterwards. Body is too sore.

Why does every workout i do kill my back? It seriously gets painful to stand up. To clarifty, i'm a /fat/ass who is trying to get fit, but even things like workouts with 10 lb dumbells and even sit ups make my bones ache throughout the day. Should I drink more milk? I want to workout more but I just hurt a lot after I do it.

Depends. Are you 100-200pounds overweight or less? If you are really fat you shouldn't workout and should pick up swimming until you're at a better weight. You can seriously mess up your joints if you do too much running and lifting at high weight

before picking up dumbbells you should strengthen your core which will take a half a year at least + keep losing weight. After that make form your priority over weight. Start with really low weights.

I have scoliosis and the back pain does not even come up if my form is on point. If not - I can forget about any movement for months.

Yours body might not even recognize a 100 calorie surplus. 200 calories would be better, but still that will take absolutelty forever to put on a lot of mass. It will really all depend on how you're currently built and what you're genetics are like

thats too obvious of a choice it wont work. in order to effectively diet you have to confuse the body, if you go with an obvious diet like that the body will be privy to it , and therefore you will make no progress because the body wont be confused in the sligthest. nice bait
