Help /fit/ i have anxiety everytime i go to the gym on chest day.

As I've proceeded in the body building experience I've noticed that the amount of liquids I have to digest are getting greater and greater. Typically for a work out sesh I'll have:

1 small bottle of water

typical protein shake mixed to the brim with water (less and the protein will saturate)

Even then I have to keep drinking water because I feel dry and thirsty (3 scoops of protein)

Here's the problem. I'm getting fucking diarrhea and I don't want that anymore.

Where am I fucking up?

I presume you're using a whey shake - guess where whey comes from.

Since i'm a little bitch and can't manage to get ky daily protein intake from food alone, i'd like to try Protein Powder.
The problem is: i hate dairy/cheese/milky tastes, i don't eat cheese nor drink milk (unless the taste of milk is completely suppressed like in chocolate milk or when milk is used just as an ingredient) in daily life. This is a problem because i see that Protein Powder all comes from dairy products.
I open the thread to ask you about where to buy some good-tasting, NOT tasting like milk/cheese/dairy, soluble in water Protein powder (and what brand/kind to buy). I don't care if i have to shell out more money for it, it's more important for me to have a protein beverage which i don't dread to drink every day. Thanks in advance for your help lads.

Okay, don't fucking laugh at me.

Is it possible to damage your internal organs if you bend forward in some retarded way or too fast? I had this weird sensation in my right side under ribs that felt like when you run fast for too long and your diaphragm gets fucked up for a while and it was so unexpected that I had a fucking panic attack to the point I started sweating excessively and almost fell unconscious. Now almost 4 hours have passed and I kinda have this weird sensations there, like really subtle burning sensation and I get really light sting of pain from time to time. Am I fucked? Is it internal bleeding or some shit?

I come to you for advice.

about 8 months ago I started lifting and can see the results, I'm pretty happy with what I've achieved so far.

My problem is that my GF started doing some regular exercising and quality eating about 6 months ago with absolutely no results. She's getting depressed about that and i'm getting tired of her complaining.
