What is your relationship with alcohol?

I'm currently in college and while drinking is obviously a big part of the culture or whatever, I'm thinking of quitting or significantly cutting down because 1) I feel like it's fucking with my gains and 2) at this point I feel like I'm confident enough without alcohol that the negatives outweigh the positives

Athletes who start young are just ripped beyond belief so this is completely possible to be natty. I at least know Judo is a very mental sport as well as physical so he may just be super smart too.

At the end of my rope, /fit/. I am a mid 20's guy with stage 4 chronic kidney disease and would like to stay off dialysis. I read that a high fat/low carb/moderate protein diet is good for preventing further damage. Can anyone help me with some meal ideas? How do I get a lot of fat without breaking the bank on protein? Any help would be sooo appreciated - I'd like to live with the ones I have long enough until I can have one grown in a lab.

hypertrophy - condense the days and reduce the exercises, 2 - 3 lifts per body part
strength - condense the days more and focus on one or two lifts per body part
