I usually go every second day but I'll have to skip one day

I'm have minor DOMS from yesterday but not really where it feels like I couldn't do my normal routine

should I go to the gym or rest? probably fine but just wondering if it's better to just let the muscles recover more first before doing more weights

Saw another qt at the gym today.

She was squatting and deadlifting, she was petite with a really nice bum. We exchanged smiles at each other, but that was it.

I have a /fit/ body, 6 years lifting, but I'm still a mentally a broken robot inside, no where near being a normie, and I'll most likely never be a normie, it's just not on the table for me.

I wish I could some how just accept the fact I'm a weird autistic faggot and just work with it instead of just avoiding life and people in general because I'm afraid to show the real me.

Anyway, I had a good session, did weighted pullups and hit 3x5 with 25kg, how was your gym session today, brahs?

Nice dude, I never tried weighted pull ups but I might just start now.

Me and a friend did chest/tri (did heavy on the Chest because we both agree I have a tiny chest and need work on that shit compared to him)
Had a good workout but got tired quickly after the third exercise (Inclined chest press), had fun and enjoyed a few laughs at each others expense.Some chick was behind us on one of the machines and was possibly making fun of us on one of our cooldowns but fuck her she can go and eat a dick.

Effort striving for perfection is better than waste for nothing.I hope and pray you find someone that can appreciate your efforts and quirks.

So get a hobby where you can meet people. See if there's any martial art/sport that interests you, since you're already /fit/ you actually get to use your body for something. I just started BJJ and it's really fun.

Hit fit, I am a 30 year old scrawny basement dweller, i got my first job in my life doing hard labour

Today i was lifting 20-30 KG concret bricks on construction site, Im a neet from /r9k/, i was doing this continuously for 8 hours, i was drained completely in the first 30 minutes, but pushed myself, to keep going.

I got home and i was 100% exhausted and couldnt even eat, i have a shift again in the next 10 hours so i need some sleep, but im so broken from my first day

Ive never lifted weights in my life and im as weak as a fly, i legitimately pushed myself to my limits, i can feel every muscle in my body ache.

What should i do? the job is too physically hard for me, should i go in tomorrow? how should i work this out? should i tell them its too demanding for me? i dont think i can do this 5 days a week.

Has anyone gone through this before? how should i adjust to the work load? keep going? then get better over time?

Im not sure, the only thing is im 6 foot 2, and super weak, lots of lifting from the ground, so squatting is a major thing, also most of the construction workers are shorter than me and seem to have a more stocky physique so its easier for them to lift

Help i just need some advice

Dude, this is absolutely an opportunity for you to turn things around for yourself. Do not quit that job. Go in tomorrow and try your best to do what needs to be done and don't hesitate to mention to others that you're worn out from work yesterday so you're a bit tired. They'll respect that and know you'll stop getting sore after a week of work. This is good for you dude.

If you're actually as big as you say then you are probably heavier and thicker proportioned than like 60% of non fat people that are close to your size and shape. So unless you're training for something specific or making great gains your subsisting off chicken and rice is a little weird if you refuse normal people food.

How has /fit/ affected your life?

For me I feel like /fit/ as well as weightlifting/bodybuilding culture in general has helped me immensely. I'm definitely a lot more enthusiastic about lifting now that I am engrossed in the culture, memes, etc.

In the USA you can buy melatonin over the counter like candy. However in the over controlling country of Aus we need a prescription. Such a waste of money to see a doc just for melatonin, plus repeat scripts required.

I will need to lift some furniture tomorrow and considering the weakling Im how can I maximize my power for tomorrow so I dont embarrass myself? Ive got one whole day which is nothing but what can I do? I guess overdosing on carbs and probably cafe is my only option by maybe someone can help me
