>Week 35
Fucking OW!!! I just "waxed" my asshole/crack with my thumb and index finger! LMAO! It took like 25 minutes and hurt like a mofo! Why did I subject myself to that? Simple, because I don't know how men can be clean with ass hair!? On the streets, I use Veet or Nair cuz shaving gives me frickin' ingrown hairs, ugly and painful. When you doodoo, 2 wipes then follow up with baby wipe, and clean as a whistle.
- anyone did time, how fucking hard is it there if even MMA fighters turn fuckboys?
What the fuck

Swim. Or hiit sprint
Its been about a month of me changing the way i've conducted my life. Been going to the gym several times a week and have been eating significantly healthier than what I did before although i'm not entirely perfect with my diet with some poor choices. I don't typically overeat just make poor dietary choices here and there.
I've failed to see any change with my body weight and I cannot see a visible difference. What am I doing wrong
>inb4 read the fucking sticky
calculate tdee. eat less or more than that. count calories. weigh yourself every/every other day or so to track progress. if you're not losing as much as you'd like, eat less and move around more.
What are you doing in the gym and what are you trying to achieve? Gain or lose weight?

>4 weeks ago motorcycle accident
>micro-fractions on left hand/wrist, both feet and ankles
>5 broken ribs, broken hand, broken shoulder blade
>collapsed lung
>surgery on left knee (same knee I injured before)
>2 weeks ago knee brace came off and I can finally wash myself
>walk with a bad limp not sure if im going to recovery this time
>started going back to the gym last week
>pains me to do the stationary bike but I still do it
>pushing myself to go past level 5 for 30 mins but I still do it
>today I entered the power cage
>OHP BAR 4 sets of 8
>ribs and chest hurt like hell but I still push myself to finish
>same goes with bench I just did the bar but I finished it
>I'm still unable to wrap my hand around the bar due to a few fingers being broken and missing skin but I still attempt the act
>going to setup a bench on the squat rack and attempt to hit parallel mind you I still need to use a cane to get off the shitter
Progress is slow, get used to it.
I feel bad for starting a thread for a single question, but this issue has been plaguing me for 2-3 years. I have tight shoulders and if I rotate them they tend to "crack" or pop pretty much every single time. There isn't any pain, though. I've tried stretching, foamrolling/ball work, and also obviously have paid really close attention to my lifting form.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? How did you deal with it? I stretch at least once a day, and 2-3 times (before and after) if I am doing arms/shoulders/chest at the gym.

My jaw cracks when I open it too wide
Don't do it too often or otherwise it'll happen more/get louder. Also, quit being a pussy.
>>42756485
My knees are cracking whenever I'm squatting. Sometimes even when I'm standing up from a chair or getting out of the bed.
As long as it doesn't hurt it shouldn't bother you.
>>42756485
Same issue, it doesn't hurt though so I ignore it
Newfag here, can't get a straight answer from threads, who is this guy and why is he everywhere, is he a meme?

Thank you based bird -Trump! You have my support!
>start lifting to deal with depression and social anxiety
>people look at me all the time now
>it got worse
>>42756270
>Go to the same gym for a year and a half not
>people smile and wave hello to me because I'm there everyday
>wave hello back and pray they don't come up to talk to me
>Owners daughter is 15 and won't stop starting conversations with me
>Old man who takes 40 minute showers after only doing bench always comes up to me to ask if I would spot him
>Staring at the floor does nothing
What can't people leave me alone. I just want to lift in peace. It's time for a new gym...
>go to gym
>no one talks to me
I like talking to people, but I'm to autistic to start conversations.

This
I wish someone had told me about this or at least warned me that being swole and fit and apparently good looking would make me a target of everyone.
Transformations that blow your mind now matter how often you see them.

He's permanently fucked up his health from the extreme yoyo dieting (self admittingly), that's really nothing you should be trying to glorify. Fucking your health just for a movie roll is pretty stupid
>>42756061
Still an amazing transformation. Also the damage was done by plummeting to literal Auschwitz mode and staying there for a while, not from climbing back up to a good physique.

your one chance at life before infinite unconsciousness.
but then again, the risks are somewhat overstated.
it happened, Working out is the highlight of my week. i have no social life at all, Everything i do revolves around working out. I have nothing to talk about with normal people. Its pretty much all i think about at this point.
Never had one either, turning 30 soon as well.
Lifting is my escape from reality.
Nice

Thread for all vegans and people interested in the vegan lifestyle.
Vegetarians allowed as long as they won't push their morally unacceptable diet.
Meat eaters NOT ALLOWED!
vegans are more likely to eat less, exercise more, etc..
you see where I'm going with this?
>>42755483
>no meat eaters allowed
>please meat eaters come in and argue with us
Fucking vegans...
>>42755483
Where is the study backing up the claims in your pic?
For all I know those claims are based on the fact that vegans tend to have healthier lifestyles overal compared to your average meateater.
If you take the average meat eater you aren't looking at some fitizen with an organized diet, no. You are looking at a slightly overweight man with a dadbod who eats red meat 7 days a weak and has a BBQ in the weekend, stresses for work and has alcohol at least once a day.
I have yet to meet a vegan who's veganism starts and stops with his or her diet, it is always accompanied by a complete lifestyle, diet, sleep regime, meditating, cardio, stretching shit like yoga, no drinking, no smoking, no drugs an obsession with micronutrients that makes the average fitizen look sane etc..
It is more than just "this guy eats meat and this one doesn't!".
