Sup fit, as it says I tend to get them a lot on both big toes (this is the fourth time in my life and I'm only 22). I'm a wageslave who can't afford insurance so I'm saving up money right now to get them fixed (or find a Dr willing to do a payment plan) however that shit is expensive so it's going to take a while.

My question is, am I ok to work out and train while I have these? Running will be difficult but it'll force me to work on my form a lot more, but there shouldn't be a problem with just general lifting weights/body weight routines right?

I turned 18 a couple months ago, I got measured a couple days ago and I came out to around 5'10 whether or not it's accurate idk. My dad was 6'4, is there any hope on me hitting 6 feet?

genotypes and phenotypes work through more than a single generation. you need to consider grandparents before you figure out the chances you will grow more.

Both my parents are short but one of my grandparents is 6'2 and I have luckily taken on his height phenotype.

Also, this is just a fear that people that don't actually go to the gym have. Almost everyone I know thinks this will happen if they go to the gym, but it doesn't fucking happen. Everyone's too busy doing their own shit or staring at girls asses. And if anyone does bully you, they're a stupid cunt, so who gives a shit.

What do I do /fit/? I've been lifting for 7 years, thats over a third of my life spent dedicated to my craft. Lately I've felt like a shell of a human being. I feel like every day that goes by is another day wasted I could be moving towards my dream of having a career in the fitness industry. All of the youtubers spend their life lifting with other gym buddies, promoting brands and traveling the world and I'm piling myself with debt to achieve a degree in a field I know nothing about. I feel like a shell of a human being.

Lol no. Be careful though, I was doing lots of neck strengthening exercises for boxing and developed obstructive sleep apnoea. Stopped doing so much neck work and my sleep apnoea went away..

Do you have a genetically gifted/ easy to train muscle ?

For example for me it's my back muscles. I can fucking do whatever for them and they get pumped and my back is quite jacked. Yet my fucking chest takes twice the work
