should I eat before my morning run?
From what ive read its less efficient to run fasted, but I dont have time to eat 1 hour before running.
Should I set my alarm an hour early drink a protein shake and sleep till its time for my run? How do you manage your morning runs /fit?

I'm just looking for honest opinions. I've stalled horribly and really don't have a good workout plan whatsoever. How's my progress for three years?

I've barely reached 1/2/3/3
Deadlift sucks. But I gained 20 pounds from the before and after. Am I going too slow? Or do I just quit on life?

Does anyone take erectile dysfunction medications like Viagra or Cialis? Can you answer a few questions for me if you do:

1) I am 34, but I'm starting to have trouble getting it up with more frequency lately. Is this a normal age for this to start to happen?

2) When you take the pill, does it just give you an erection for the entire duration of the medication, or does it make it easier to get one when you need it (not hard for the whole time)?

Get your test levels checked. You might have low testosterone. Also make sure you lift hard, do cardio, eat plenty of good fat, veggies and fruits.

The effects usually lasts for as long as the medication is in your system. Thats for a day or two. It dosen't cure the cause of ED. It just helps you get hard for a day or two. Find the reason you have ED

Don't take it everyday. You wil become addicted to it, and will never be able to get it up without any medication. Also some experience headache, stomachache and few other side effects. Nothing too serious if you are healthy

It can defiently help you fuck better / last more / be able to fuck for more than 2 times a day. But don't make it a habit. You need to find the reason you have ED

Fuck off you know nothing about this man, he needs to get a complete physical including blood tests and accept that as you get old your sex drive goes down, it's a natural part of growing older and you don't give T to people just because they don't perform like a 20 year old anymore.

This has probably been answered before but I'm just wondering how sore/tired should I be after every workout?

Like right now in the program I'm running (SS compound lifts) I'll be a bit sore in the muscles I worked but not torn the shreds and I'm usually good to go by my next workout. Should I increase intensity or number of reps?
