Does just doing cardio (no lifting) and eating according to the sticky make you skinny fat when you eventually lose the weight?

I'm fat but not obese and all i really want to something like the iron fist guys body. Slim but not skinny fat.

What do you guys think of bodyweight fitness as fitness plan?
No weights, only pull ups, dips, push ups etc.
I love it because I can train everywhere without a subscription but I'm not sure how effective it is for muscle gain.

I love it too. Get a set of rings and there's basically always something harder than what you're currently doing. Calisthenics gives great gains but takes longer than weights, unfortunately. Invest in a dip belt too for more gains.

Im really struggling to add calories into my diet again after being on a 6 month cut, I dont want to get extra calories from sugar or greasy or processed food.

Any ideas of where I can get some clean 500-750 calories from? I dont think id be able to fit in another meal a day so id probably have to get it from snacking.

What are your go-to /fit/ meals?

Most of my fit food is not particularly warming but I am freezing. Looking for some good recipes that are nice and hot.

Everything on toast

I cut out bread because I know how trash it is but I started baking my own loaf for the week every weekend and now I'm having everything on toast

>Eggs on toast
>Beans on toast
>Cottage cheese on toast
>Any combination of blended with garlic, oil, spices, etc (kinda like /fit/ tuna patties) Sardines, anchovies, mackerel, salmon, etc on toast
>Chickpeas, olives, cheese et al on toast

Also chicken breast and veg. I was opposed to the general /fit/ consensus that chicken was good (and Turkey is still far better) but for simplicity nothing beats frozen chicken breasts and for quick full protein and low calorie meals nothing beats butterflied or diced chicken breast with two steamed veg and whatever sauce you feel like
I'll add grains on heavy days

And of course oats. I used to do overnight oats but I've added in most of these to make overnight muesli that's tasty as hell AND hits tons of my nutrition requirements

>Sometimes Bran, Chia and other instant grains, usually at 80:20
>Pumpkin seeds
>Flax seeds
>Almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, etc
>Any combination of Xylitol, Erythritol, Cocoa Powder, Vanilla for taste
>Dried fruits like raisins, currants, figs, cranberries etc
>Coconut in pretty much any format

I lightly toast the nuts and grains and mix everything up in a big 5-10kg container and it's made me fall in love with oats all over again.

Awhile ago I trimmed my hairline because it had a bunch of short hairs on the front. It's been growing back from that mistake I made and this is what it looks like now. I used to have very good looking hair, but now I can't put it back anymore because of how ashamed I am of this.
I can't tell if I'm balding or if I just made a huge mistake in cutting all those small hairs off.

Pic related is when I pull it back. I'm really depressed about this now.

Am I balding? Do I need to exfoliate my scalp?
Should I just wait for it to grow back and hope it gets normal again? I'm scared about this. I'll be posted my current hairline more and how my hair used to look.

God fucking dammit, I thought I was over this shit. I was squatting and deadlifting 5plate beltless when I was bulking. Gonna have to take a few days off gym and work cause I can't even put my socks on without effort.

However, I won't be doing any heavy deads or squats for the next few weeks at least. What can I do to replace them? I'm thinking leg press + hack squat machine for the squat, but what about deadlifts? Hyperextensions + more upper back work?

Yeah, I get that. I had a similar injury 2 years ago but I pushed on and came back stronger then before, and the pain disappeared. This shit really caught me by surprise. I'm guessing the stress of the diet + not recovering enough from the deadlifts caused it. Thankfully I don't have a hernia.
