Mine will be done PPL1xPPL2 while having two main lifts for strength which will alternate each workout and be supported by assesoiry lifts and hypertrophy exercises. Also replaced bench press with weighted dips because I have a shoulder impingement.

Absolutely. If you eat a surplus of calories, which you need to gain strength, you will also gain fat. Nothing wrong with it as long as you do 20-30 mins of cardio 1-2 times a week.
Ever since I hurt my back I've become bored of my life. My disc is Bulged I've been in and out of physical therapy. I am not able to carry groceries without pain the next day. A sort of incident happened in my first week of going to the gym, so I'd rather not go anymore. I'd like to have some nice gains by the end of the year, so is this a good workout plan? It doesn't seem too hard but I use the fact that it's seven days a week to compensate.
