Sup bros. I work from home and when my girlfriend leaves for work i'll put on a pair of her stilettos and wear them around the house. I've been doing this for a while now and my calves have gotten a little more defined but i'm getting concerned because i'm starting to really like how I feel in heels, I even care about brands and styles, before I would just grab the first pair but then she bought these suede platform pumps with a sick ankle strap and now those are my go-to calf-workers. Sometimes i'll imagine putting together dope outfits, like her beige platforms with a lily pulitzer skirt and maybe a tankini to show my triceps or something but I don't actually use my girlfriends clothes because they don't fit. I think she's starting to suspect something though because she's complained about her shoes getting stretched and she's dropping hints. Just last week she opened the pair of Badley Mischka pumps that I ordered so I pretended it was a present for her but they clearly weren't her size and I rarely give her random gifts so I could tell she knew and now she's staying at her parents for the weekend but at least I get two full days to really work my calves. I'm 5'9" and 120 pounds and I've been looking to get into the 130-140 zone by the summer so I at least can be skinnyfit.
So, I read through the sticky and I just have a few questions about dieting.
1. Nuts
I have an allergy to nuts. Are there any good quick on the go protein snacks you guys would recommend? I've been trying to fit eggs into my diet, especially at breakfast, and have been substituting bologna/proscioutto with turkey in my midday sandwiches.
2. Loss of appetite
How should I deal with this? Often times I'll get a good diet going, but there will come a point, especially when I try and eat lunch, that I just don't have an appetite and can't eat. Do you guys have any recommendations for getting around these?
3. Starting Strength

Can't help you with the nuts thing but when it comes to eating more there are 3 rules I followed to bulk after being stuck at the same weight for years:
>Eat as much as you can as fast as you can at every meal
>Eat at least something every 2 hours
>If you can't finish your meal, wait at most 30 minutes before going back and finishing it
I followed those 3 rules and went from 175 to 205 pretty quickly.
