I've been lifting for a few years and I've recently been getting this problem. Whenever I do my set, thoughts of my shitty day, how much of a fucking loser I am, how repulsive I appear, how people must be judging my form and physique and I get violently angry. When I do deadlifts I picture someone's fucking head being caved in at the bottom rep. Once someone pissed me off and I tossed a 70lb dumbbell at them (this one was at school weight room) after the gym I drive erratically and have severe road rage. Most autistic thing I did was got mad and hit the squat rack until my first started bleeding because I failed to beat my PR.

If bone density is not a meme then i probably have very dense bones. Never broke anything and ive had some serious falls. Spent the first 8 years of my life in the sun and sea eating basically nothing but fish. How much of a weight difference can bones make? I stood on several scales and they all show around 196-198lbs and people on /fit/ keep telling me im not that heavy.
