Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

Femlet here (4'11"). Some d00d at the gym swore on his mum's grave that doing certain stretches will make you (around 3" but can go up to 6") taller. At first I called bullshit but he kept talking and now I might consider it.

weighted decline situps every other day. Put weight behind your head instead of holding it over your chest. Start with a 10 lb plate and do 3x10. Add a set everyday until you can do 6x10 then doing a 25 lb plate at start back at 3x10. Works like a charm

I disagree here. Your method puts too much stress on the neck and spine.

A better way is to get a 5lbs. medicine ball (about the size of a large melon), and hold it fully extended behind yourself when prone on the ground, and keep your arms extended as you sit up with your feet anchored under a workout machine.

What is the Calisthenics natty limit?

I want to achieve pic related. I've lost my gains that I made over the past 2 years and for the time being I have no access to a gym with weights. The place where I practise MMA only has room for calisthenics.

Cut Bread, Pasta, Sugar, Milk, Corn, and Rice is all possible regards. Eliminate soda and drink Water, tea, coffee. Mostly water. Soda must stay out of your diet.

Concentrate on Eggs, cheese, oils, nuts and seeds, Fish, Grass fed meats, and livers for your protein.

Greens, such as Broccoli, Spinach, Napa, and Kale. Non greens such as Tomatoes, Avacados, carrots, Cauliflower.

Your fruits, Berries; Blue, Straw, Rasp, ETC. Apples, Half glasses of OJ, Bananas, Coconut.

Your grains; Quinoa, Flax, Chia, Hemp.

That is the basic run down in a nutshell Anon.

But your most powerful tool is your brain. Research my friend, know your antioxidants, biochemical, and photonutrients, what they do and the value they contain.

hello everyone, I am a firm believer in holistic medicine and the power of yoga and it is my personal belief that one can attain strength and health through these two things
my son, however, does not think similarly. he is on a work-out program called "starting lifts" that is extremely dangerous: they use a barbell with very heavy weights and then do excercises that can destroy the back and knees (for example, one he calls the deathlift)
well, I am unable to convince him to stop this crazy program. my problem is I caught him taking the steroid "creatine" yesterday after his work-out. I snatched the container away from him and told his father later that evening, who agreed with me that we had to stage an intervention. I honestly do not know what I should do next. does he have to be sent to a rehabilitation center? I am not familiar with steroids and how abusers make recovery.

The gym isn't a church. Even if it was, figure out how to talk to girls in a way that doesn't piss them off or enjoy the loneliness you deserve. Honest, no bully advice to follow.

Try throwing up a smile once in a while; if she responds and a rapport develops, follow up with appropriate conversation. Having a personality, as well as having something you are ostensibly doing so you aren't just standing in the middle of a room staring at her awkwardly. She'll probably know it's a sham, but the effort matters. When you fail (expect lots of this... don't take it as a sign you're doing the wrong thing, but that you're doing the right thing and that you are doing what you need to do to get what you want - like the burn from good lifting), don't mentally shy away from the cloying feeling of failure and inadequacy, dissect it. Why did you fail? Did you get caught with nothing to say and no cute joke to play it off? Did she inquire about your life or future and you had no positive angle you could offer her? Find your inadequacies, real or imagined, and undo them completely. Obliterate them. Really, just approach it like work that must be applied logically and consistently for a goal, like lifting. But don't break the masquerade, girls don't want to hear about you figuring this shit out and baring exactly where you are mentally. Let them learn to like you a bit and figure you out on their own, at least until it gets serious (like kids serious); then learn to be more honest with them (hope you chose the right girl).
