What are some decent /fit/ related meals that I can eat cold at work?

I got horrible cysts on my forehead when taking vitamin D and I didn't know what was causing them. Months of insane frustration and I finally just said fuck it and stopped with my supplements. I finally stopped taking vitamin D last, and the cysts went away. When I drink foritifed milk I get acne, but there's no milk around here that doesn't have the D so I have to miss out on one of the best drinks in the world and lose gains

I was taking 5000IU a day at one point, dropped it to 2000IU but was still having problems.

Ive slowly lost enough weight to be close to my final weight range I want to be, however my bodyfat percent is still way high for what I want (I think part of this is I burnt a lot of muscle by severely restricting my calories and upping my activity levels by a ton). All of this aside, I have decided to start counting macros in order to help get a better body composition, the only thing that blows my mind is the high percentages of Carbs per day and Low percent of Protein these Macro people are suggesting. Something like 50% Carbs and only 25-30% Protein, why so low on Protein and high on carbs?

My parents own a cross-trainer and a treadmill.
Which one is most effective for losing weight? I assume both just count as cardio, leg training/overall weight loss.

3 months into working out and I still don't fucking know what I'm doing. The sticky thread generally recommends workouts involving dumbells and barbell but I just want to reduce my bf% from 27% to a normal level like 20%.

Hey /fit/, 6'4 200 lbs lanklet here. Doing Greyskulls LP atm and have the follwing numbers:

Squat 220
Bench 140
Deadlift 250
Row 150

Are these numbers too shit to move on to a hypertrophy/aesthetics program? I cutting atm because I have quite a lot of abdominal fat. (guessing I am around 22% bf)

it doesn't, real life isn't a RPG and your bodies don't have a certain fixed XP number after which they reach a certain size. Strength base is also a meme, just eat enough and you will progress on a hypertrophy program. With that said, it's good to train across multiple rep ranges, so don't be scared to involve 3-5RM sets in your hypertrophy-focussed program, favourably on compounds.

Decline smith bench press. I hardly feel it in flat bench at all, though I still do it regularly and have made a lot of gains from it. Does a stronger mind-muscle connection necessarily mean a stronger contraction?

How do i look aesthetic doing olympic weightlifting? I usually just do sets of 1-3 on the classic lifts and sets of 5 on squats. I want to get a big meaty back like all the olympians have.


If i add high rep rows will i get a meatshield quicker?

row progression in 5-10 RM is always a good thing to get a thicc back. Besides that, seeing as your current programming is 1-3 main lifts and 5 squats (pretty typical), I'd include some bodybuilding work with higher reps aswell. Can even be oly-directed, e.g:
