so first time making a thread on 4chan and /fit/ i need your help.
i'm 19yo male 74kg and i look like a goblin, skinny arms and legs but fat belly.
i started yesterday with running but for next week i wanna have a full routine written down.
what i have planned for now is running on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. i'm using an app that gives me intervals between jogging and walking (today was around 4km)
then on tuesdays, thursdays and maybe saturday? shit like squats,push ups and crunches
so tell me /fit/ what is okay, what i should add and some tips on streaching (think that i havent done anything since later 2015)

Hey guys, i have a bit off an issue. I love eating chocolate, it makes me feel happy and gives me a warm feeling inside. When I'm eating it, I'm in heaven.
But i really want to stop consuming these kinds of things, since i know it isn't sustainable in the long run. But it's really hard for me, since im such a hedonistic weak willed bitch.
I don't have any friends, no gf ever, dropped out of european equivalent of highschool because of social anxiety/depression, neet for 0,5 years. No hobbies, goals or interests, i just read about negative things on the news and waste entire months on 4chan.
Eating sugary/fat foods is really the only time i feel "alive", it makes me feel happy.
How do i overcome this sugar addiction? Anyone who've been in a similar situation and broken out of it?

I'm a medfag, job is super stressful. Lifting is about one of the only things I can do to fully focus on something else. I've seen to many sick people who never took care of themselves, so health is super important to me. Workout out ironically helps to relieve soreness and those random aches and pains from being sedentary, and it forces me to be disciplined about my time management and diet.

I fell for overtraining. Just fuck shit up til you puke, then get back there in 2 days and do it all over again. OHP & Bench same day as Deadlifts rows chins squats curls, just make sure your fucking body hurts as shit. And eat a lot more protein then you think.
I can't diet to lose weight. I mean I can eat less food, but to really lose the fat I want I have to work it off. I have to starve myself, litteraly, going without food 1 week at the time to even start losing weight. When I'm on a cut its like my body is shutting down, conserving every god damn calorie I have, I have to run my fat off.
I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for 1 hour sessions for the past 3 months. Is it really not a thing?
