It means building enough muscle and/or losing enough fat for muscular shapes to be more visible. It takes at least a year to have long hair, they dont cut it short each time they get a haircut so it mostly stays the same length year round.

So if rest is what allows muscles to grow bigger and stronger after being broken down, what's stopping me from LITERALLY doing:

>Eat
>Lift
>Protein Shake
>Sleep

And repeat, regardless of how many hours I spend asleep/awake? Like, I'm a semi-rich neet with nothing else to do but lift heavy weights. Wouldn't something like this work instead of following 'muh rest days' and all that?

OP lifting everyday is fine but if you're going to be pushing your body so much at least leave a day or two for body weight routines as sort of a rest day from heavy lifting. I'm also a NEET and I do this.

What's the most weight you've lost in a month?

I lost 15 lbs, went from 160-145 in one month. Lost like 5-10 lbs in the next month or two. Gonna lose like 8 lbs tonight when I blow my fucking brains out.

Is there a way to reverse the effects of previously eating too much? I'm not talking about the fat which you get off by exercising. What I'm talking about is this: fat fucks can eat a large pizza by themselves and still be hungry, because they've eaten so much in the past that they're stomach expanded and now they need to eat more food to get full. Is there a way to do the opposite? I've started counting my calories so I'm eating a good amount to cut, but I'm always hungry. I've been drinking water but it doesn't really stop the hunger pains. Is there a way I can get full by eating less, without undergoing expensive surgery?
