1. Wash you ass with soap and water before you run. Use wet wipes before you wash your ass with soap and water if you poop. Never run with a simply dry-wiped asshole.

2, Get one of those dry shorts nike makes that wick moisture. They even have built in underwear like trunks to keep your balls and ass nice and fresh; disgusting if your balls and ass are not clean but great if you have swamp ass. Get it in black so you don't have a visibly sweaty asscrack through the shorts.

After leaving this place and spending more time on normal sports (also sports forums) like Judo, rock climbing, etc., I realized that people who religiously lift weights are, for lack of a better word, crazy. In fact, you can immediately notice them by their behavior, either online or irl, even if they don't look like they lift.

Normal sportsmen ("Chads", I guess) are relaxed and friendly, well, they ooze authority. People who like lifting, are extremely aggressive, catty and judgemental.

Example: Lifter says "5x5 or DIE BITCH!", while the sportsman says "Well, I normally use resistance bands and I'm pretty satisfied with them, maybe it works for you too". To which the lifter usually explosed in a wave of profanity and butthurt. He then gets ignored by the sportsmen, maybe someone asks "What's wrong with HIM?"

So, what is your malfunction, guys? Was it autism? In b4 massive coping.

Also, the most entertaining thing about hanging out with jocks is the bro science. Example: "If you're a heavyweight bxoer, you need to lift light weights because you're too heavy for BWE."

I literally gave him a quick run down on how i wanted to be spotted and he fucked it up. Do any of you guys have issues with spotters fucking your set? how do you deal with it?

also i usually have a friends who knows how to spot but none of them were there today

So I haven't eaten anything for a little over 33 hours, just got kinda depressed for a day. I was planning on taking some BCAAs, drinking some coffee, and going for an hour long bike ride. I was planning on eating 330g rolled oats with 2 cups almond milk, 220g peanut butter and around 100g honey about 30 minutes after the bike ride.
>TL;DR: Should moderate cardio be done after not eating for almost a day and a half, or should I eat a banana or something beforehand?

If you have the energy just go for the bike-ride empty stomached. Eating something afterwards is a great idea, just make sure you get something, otherwise your body will probably start eating up your muscles.

Women look dyel no matter how heavy they lift. Why not advise them to just stick to pilates, pole workouts and running since they can get lean doing that? I see no reason why you should make a woman do SS so she gets no results physically.
