Go to a TJ Max or a Marshall, one of those fashion stores that buys direct from the manufacturer, and you'll find a cheap gym bag on one of the fitness shelves.

Got myself a pretty basic Adidas gym bag with a laminated bottom insert for $5.

What kind of tricep exercises do you do?

I fucked up my right elbow a few years ago and now when I do my tris it pops and after a few sets it hurts like shit for a few days. Doctor says to lay off it, I didn't do anything serious with it for about a year, and I'm trying to get back into routine and its hurting again. What can I do?

If light weights don't hurt you can try blood flow restriction training.

If only a certain part of the range of motion hurts avoid it and do partial reps.

Band pushdowns and overhead tricep extentions using bands are usually better for your elbows than weights.

Hey guys. Thanks to the motivation in this site, i started a routine, and i have been doing exercise from home. Has been feeling great so far. Legs hurt a bit but thats no problem. The thing is, i have a doubt. And I think this is the bets place to seek answers. What are the best exercises for back and chest, if i my ultimate goal is to look shredded. Currently, im 170cm (manlet) and weigh 1.28 lbs/ 58 KG. If needed, i can post a pick of myself for you to get an idea

I go to this gym called Fit 4 Less that is run by Goodlife and it has an alarm like this. Not once have I ever heard it go off in over a year even after dropping weights doing dumbbell press.

I always loathed my body because i was a skinnyfat and i have weak legs.I thought that going to the gym was the answer ,but that isn't what i wanted.I wanted to be fast,flexible and lean.I'm 6'0 ,but i always had a fear of fights ,but it's more of a confidence issue rather than strength one.I started kickboxing 9 months ago and it was all great until i dislocated my knee 5 months ago.My knee healed,but now i feel like an old man.I went to my orthopedist and she said that i have weak knees and that i'll suffer from them my whole life.Everytime when i run or walk a great distance they always fucking hurt.I know that i won't achieve my goal of becoming /fit/ without my knees,so i sunk into a deep depression.And know when i climb up a staircase i my feel always feel tense and fatigued.Should i start kickboxing again,is it worth it?

the extra protein is always gonna help recovery no matter what you're doing

My weight loss has plateaued over the past 6 days. I'm waving up down around the same pound by a few ounces.

I was making such great progress and this is disheartening. How do I jumpstart the loss again? Checked the sticky but couldn't find anything about weight loss plateaus.
