I'm 5'7 158 lbs and I need to be atleast 175 lbs to get BIG. However, I literally can not eat, it feels like a chore. I completely stopped eating for a while and now even fast food taste disgusting to me (although I can still eat Wendy's French fries, which are basically salted cardboard) so I'm suffering and my wright keeps dropping.
I lift 4 times a week, with the other 3 days focusing on cardio, stretching and mobility. How should I plan my meals so I'm eating atleast 3000 calories a day?
