To be fit in general? They have a lot of problems with diet and fat loss but they really don't have to be particularly strong swole or cut in any way to be considered attractive and relatively fit.
Alrght fit, I've been a lurker for years and I finally need your help. The last two months I've been sleeping excessively and I've gotten so out of shape that a short sprint makes me sore for two days after. I think I'm suffering from atrophy almost. I'm going to fuck my dream girl at the end of october/possibly at the end of september. I want to be in perfect fucking shape by then and I need a simple workout plan I can start now and do until then. I have a weight set and a pull up bar. I don't really want any dietary help, just a plan to get me from ridiculous weakness to good shape in four to seven weeks.

Just recently joined a UFC gym and have realized that conditioning and cardio is way more beneficial than just lifting. I have never worked out harder in my life than these classes. I still do free weights after conditioning tho

I'm doing greyskull right now, it seems like my gains haven't been that great. Am i wrong? At least on bench they've been bad.
How should i change my program to increase my bench, and i assume i just need to start eating more since i haven't gained much weight in months.
Instead of doing overhead press bench overhead press for week 1 and week 2 being bench overhead press bench (3 days a week) 3x5
Should i start benching and overhead pressing 3 days a week, but making the less focused lift higher reps less intensity? Maybe i can just add 1 more day and always do both 2 times a week, just in an UDP fashion?

I don't often do over 10 reps, but i realized i've done it on deadlifts, i realize that could have fucked me up and gave me less gains... i'd just progress normally when i hit 11 reps and shit.

Form you should familiarize yourself with before doing anything involving adding weight to your body; doesn't take that long to watch a vid on how to bench properly. Routine you never have to actually learn. Just find a good one online and follow it verbatim

Hey /fit/, so I've finally decided to do something abiout my physical health and try and shed some weight and tone up. I'm 18 and where I live there is no gym and it rains heavily almost every day for most of the day. So I'm wondering can anyone recommend an effective indoor exercise routine that I could maybe do in my room or in the garage or something.
