How much progress did I undo?

I've read that fat storage a phase your body enters after a long period of caloric surplus, rather than a short-term reaction to overeating, and therefore I would not have gained anywhere near as much fat as the numbers would indicate if taken without context. Is this true?

Can the cartilage under your knee repair itself.

Ive been doing a lot of leg workouts lately
Tuesday wednesday and friday, along with running in the mornings.

My left knee has been feeling funky. There isnt pain, but sometimes it feels like its going to pop, or has crackling noise.

Am i fucked?

Cartilage doesn't heal since it has no blood flow. However staying hydrated helps a shit ton. Also I have had some luck with collagen supplementation.

t. Arthritic knee and toes from injuries as a young teen. Doc wanted to fuse the toe joint 15 years ago. I refused and have no pain or limits on what physical activities I can do.

Go see a doctor. They ought to be able to take a sample of fluid and check for inflamation if needed. It may mot be at a stage where repair is needed exactly, it's more than likely is just a little inflamed.

i think i rekt my voice. i only can lift like 120 kg but yesterday i tried like 140 kg. i struggled like 2 sec until my friend helped me. i didnt scream at al, but today my vocal cord seems shredded. my voice is much deeper. is this permanent, couldnt find anything on google. can a doctor fix this ;_;

I simulate hyperventilating for up to a minute before I take one. It spikes your addrenaline.

Start the water off luke-warm, keep hyperventilating and lowering the water. Eventually get it to ice-cold, the heat knob all the way off.

My body is becoming more and more resilient to both hyperventilating and the freezing cold water.

I was inspired by Wim Hof (pic related) but it turns out Tibetan monks have been doing shit like this forever. Its a practice called Tummo where they try to get control of their autonomic body functions. Fascinating.

Guys i don't know what's wrong with me.
I'm always sleepy. I sleep for 8 hours at night, go for workout, sleepy after I'm done. Afternoon post lunch I'm sleepy. Even after i wake up from a nap im sleepy within an hour or two. Wtf.
My supplement game is strong, I have a very good diet plan, and I'm considerably fit with about 12% body fat.

I modified SS so that day A is chest, arms and shoulders day and day B is legs and back day. I read that too much squatting is bad for your knees and that SS needs some more isolation work.
