so over the past 4 months I have lost 50 pounds (190lbs to 138lbs), and I was diagnosed with bulimia and anorexia. My usually calorie intake per day is 100-300, but sometimes I'll splurge and eat 500-1000. I'm always scared that if I eat over 500 calories that I'll gain weight. Will I? I'm just paranoid due to the anorexia I suppose

I can't exactly lift weights cause I lost muscle as well as fat but I do walk at least 4 miles every other day and I eat healthy foods. But since my metabolism is fucked go I was just scared that if I eat normal, or every time I eat "normal" I will gain weight

I started lifting recently cause I'm really skinny

The bone in the side of my elbows sticks out and makes arms look even skinnier. Is there a particular excercise I can do that targets muscles around there?

most of my chronic health issues went away after cutting out grains and dairy (and some other things)

its nice if you can handle them, i guess

that being said, rice is more tolerable than say wheat for plenty people

28 y/o, spent last five doing muay thai and now 1 years of wrestling (freestyle).

I've ranged fron 82kg to 69kg (during a stop) and i NEVER had decent abs. (185cm)

So please, trow me some advice, I'll try any kind of boring exercise/routine.

How do I be more consistent with working out? I know it's all down to me and if I do it or not but sometimes I will just skip a workout after having a bit of a streak.. Is there any way to break the cycle? Any tips?

Yeah, when you think about doing this, don't do it instead and you'll be working out way more consistently
