Work them harder. Work your upper back as well, including rhomboids and traps. The best lat exercise for me is hands down the lat pull down with the bar. Rotary lat pull down or other variations don't do it like lat pull down with the bar.

So /fit/, after trying to find a good routine on google, I came to the conclussion that half of the routines there are shit. So I decided to make one by myself, wich is a combination of several routines I found. Suggestions welcome. Did I do good /fit/?

When it comes to pushups, give yourself a time frame instead of an amount.
Example: As many as possible in 60 seconds.(This is where you go until failure, stop and catch your breath and continue after 5-10 seconds.) After 2 weeks, increase by 30 seconds, so on and so forth.

Remember to always do your cardio AFTER your workout as you don't want to waste your energy stores before.

Throw in some hip bridges as well for your lower body.

Overall, a great start. Keep at it and you'll achieve your goals.

I've been working out for six months and seen just about no results. It's not a secret why, I just can't stop eating shit. I'll go all day eating perfectly well and eat a good amount of calories, have all my macros balanced, have an excess of protein and a small amount of calories, but then in the evening I'll just eat cookies and shit. The go-to advice here is "throw all that shit away," but I'm in a household of people and I can't just throw away their food. What do I do?

Let me go ahead and throw my stupid opinion out there for mockery and critique.

There is no "natty limit". Each body has its own genetic disposition to either grow muscle or not to grow muscle. So much of developing your physique is finding a training routine that will stimulate the greatest amount of adaptive change in your body as you can. Trying to nail down a "natty limit" is just a way to create an artificial ceiling to your progress.

TL;DR there's no natty limit, experiment with training techniques until you find what works for you
