that doesnt disprove my point. of course you will get more muscle from more gear. im telling you that the side effects out weigh the benefits, and in the first place, i really doubt anyone in here is able to out-train 350mg of test a week. its not a fuckin race at the expense of your health and bank account to get the physique and performance you want.

anyone with any time in the game will tell you to learn from their mistakes, take things at a more reasonable dose and actually have some longevity. yeah, right now you can blast 700mg of tren and that much test but you will be dealing with it later.

anyways, thats what i think. i just dont see how you can argue against that. i understand YOLO but its not wise. 250mg of tren hex is prob the highest i will ever take it, i dont think its necessary, you can take a gram of primo and get the same results with no major sides or as many health concerns.

i look so fucking disgusting. i lost weight through unhealthy means, and look at me. i am so flabby and just nasty.

where do i go from here? i feel like my body is a special case of ugly. i've been jogging everyday for an hour and then i come home to do a 15 minute strength routine, which actually buffed my arms and shoulders a bit. but im still fat and flabby.

i have about a year before i meet someone ive been talking to online. the /fat/ general doesnt really help and ignores my posts. what do you think i should do?

sup /fit/ i've had an epiphany. I'm not talking to those who count calories or take supplements ITT. I'm talking to those who have never had a problem losing/gaining weight at will. What if it is all intuition? I was watching a video on YT where a lady was talking about how she stopped dieting over a decade ago all when she realized that it was causing her to yoyo. She studied her grandmother and other thin people and followed what they do naturally. Long story short, she believes being thin is all about eating when you're hungry and stopping when you're satisfied...PERIOD. Furthermore, the more you begin to listen to your body the more you will realize what your body wants and craves. Over time, healthy food will be more and more attractive. I think it makes perfect sense. Instead of counting calories, feeling guilty, feeling on a schedule, feeling stressed, losing 10 gaining 12 over and over, why not simply start listening to the body's needs and stop eating when youre not hungry. society in the U.S. makes us eat on a schedule and never on when we feel like it. anyway i'm trying it good luck, and fuck off science bro fags if counting works for you cool, i'm talking to those that have tried that shit and it feels wrong.

On the other hand, if you actually want to maximize gains or if you need to lose/gain fat then CICO (or keto) will obviously get you results faster. Most dieting advice works as long as you keep at it, but that doesn't mean they are as effective as micromanaging as per /fit/'s advice.

All I care about is aesthetics, I dont actually care about the number I lift.

That being the case what rep scheme should I use to build the most mass? I am a recovering /fat/ who does a lot of cardio workout but very little weight training other than very light, high rep basic stuff (curls, Kettle bell squats, push-ups).

If I remember rightly studies have shown that the biggest factor contributing to hypertrophy is volume. So whatever you choose, just do lots of it
