I've recently noticed that i'm getting stretch marks in the inside of my elbow crease from biceps. This caused me to rethink the reason why I started lifting and made me realize that none of us really have an end goal with this lifting thing. When does it end? Surely there will be a point where you achieve your ideal size and don't want to go any further? I think that people who continue to lift out of habit have body dysmorphia syndrome.

Now that I realize this I feel that I am enough and always was. I don't need to get bigger to become happier. Self acceptance is a huge part of lifting I think.

Once you achieve your ideal size you still have to keep lifting or your muscles will atrophy down to nothing again.

Has anyone tried this? I'm trying to cut, but by force of habit I just go to the kitchen and stuff my mouth with retarded junk food.

Today I strolled into the kitchen and put a few pieces of chips in my mouth, i started chewing and realised this was bad, so I spit it out. Will I still get the calories from them?

I sometimes do this with junkfood other people bought.

It feels wasteful to do it with my own shit, but my fat roommate eats basically half the shit I buy for me, so now I eat his chocolate bars and spit it out again. Works great with stuff like chocolate mouse or custards, since I just swirl it around in my mouth then spit it right back into the container, and they guy doesn't even notice.

Only ever tried pic related. Didn't really feel anything. But maybe it's because I've got some tolerance to caffeine or something, or maybe it's just shit. However, there was once where I took an extra scoop, and couldn't sleep later that night. Pulled an all nighter, while I had a press conference to attend for work the next day.

Pretty unimpressive, I was new to lifting so i just did 135 while trying to get the form right. Didn't feel special. I capped out around 200 when i quit being able to hold onto the bar. My deadlift was lagging like 45lbs behind my squat.

Should i have started using straps or something? I was barely 2pl8, people deadlift much more with no straps

Also why would you want to go with a lower frequency program if you can grow off of the volume you get from each full body training session? Literally just do weighted chinups and curls while running starting strength and you'll be good.

Would my doctor prescribe me testosterone if I'm borderline anorexic and have trouble putting on muscle?
