I'm moving to a new city and I'd really like a dog to keep my company and join me for workouts.
I'm thinking a greyhound since you can adopt them already spayed neutered and kennel trained, they do well cooped up during the day while I'd be at the office, and they can run with me in the mornings and evenings (sprints and intervals, but can be trained for 5ks and such)

You need to go ham on working your abdominals, weighted situps, serbian twists with weights, ab crunchs, try to increase your planking, use the ab roller.

I've started to do only do deadlifts 1 set every day (incorporated some dips and chins 2 weeks ago).
Eating like a maniac, Only focus is getting 500g carbs every day. I don't care about protein or fats and this is my progress.
Started at 51kg
after 2 years traing got stuck at 67-68kg and hit platues on every lifts.
Stopped training because of sickness. Got down to 62kg
Started training again. Been doing this routine for 2 months and now I weigh 72kg.
What do you guys think, Frequency, The "whey" do go as natty?
Whent from 85kg RM deadlift platue to 110kg in 2 month.
My knees and hips are failing me so I have stopped and will only do dips and chins for about 2 month and then start with the deadlifts again.
Goal weight 80kg 2018, deadlifts 160kg at least.

Monday: SQUAT, BENCH, barbell lunge, underhand pendlay row, straight-leg deadlift
Wednesday: DEADLIFT, PRESS, dips, chins, illegal bench
Friday: FRONT SQUAT, CLOSE GRIP BENCH, overhand pendlay row, btn press, stiff-leg deadlift
MAIN LIFTS: each lift each week progresses independently, no "training max" bullshit
Week 1: 3x3 either sets across or a tight ramping 90-95-100%
Week 2: 5x5 either sets across or a tight ramping 80-85-90-95-100%, do only top 3 sets if short on time to workout
Week 3: 5-4-3-2-1 with a tight ramping 80-85-90-95-100%, do only the 5-3-1 80-90-100% if short on time
Week 4: 10-8-6 with tight ramping 80-90-100%
auxiliary lifts: 2x10
The above is based on BFS aka BiggerFasterStronger, it is the program that Wendler ripped off to "create" 5/3/1 and he made it worse by pussying out (dumb "south of vag" motherfucker) and doing only ONE main lift a day and by making the ramping so big that basically you only had one working set of each main lift a day. He also changed the week order and dropped the high-rep week to avoid getting sued.

She relapsed (after over 4 years clean) and died. When she died, we still had some of her leftover birthday cake in our fridge.
I am grieving my loss of my best friend. I am grieving for her. I am also grieving the loss of the son we wanted so bad (we talked about him all the time- had his name picked, how we would try to raise him, what he would look like, etc.) . I am grieving all the things she will never experience/ accomplish. I am grieving her personal dreams, as well as our dreams together as a couple.

do half GOMAD and Strong Lifts + Upper body accessories. Since you're a skeleton include dumbbell curls and hammer curls. Do NOT think that SS or SL is going to make you have arm gains or any real upper body aesthetics. It's there to give you a good base strength for later aesthetic exercises. Now do that for four months and come back here.
