I tried HIIT today and now I'm overeating like crazy. I swear I've consumed about 5,000 calories. Did I fuck myself over? How long will this last?

Also, do I need to burn calories to lose weight or does eating below my BMR do that? Because I want to sit around being a lazy fuck lol

I want to consume 900. I know it sounds crazy but I'm aiming for 2lbs per week. How do I lower my appetite but not my metabolism?

How does /fit/ deal with their DOMS? I stopped working out for about a year, and now that I'm back at the gym my soreness is unreal. I don't remember it being this bad before and I dont think I can handle being crippled for 3 days after my work out.

You're going too hard, too quickly

If you still experience this after being a month into lifting, foam roll for that fascia release - your muscle recovered within 12-24 hours (source needed) but the fascia (which i believe are the non muscle fibers that are also used in lifting) is what becomes sore - so roll, stretch and if you really need it, take pain meds.

How can I get rid of water weight retained on my stomach? Im low body fat and as a result I have definition everywhere else and a gaunt face. Its like a thin jiggly layer of fat on top of my abs. I eat healthy (natural foods, high protein) and drink tons of water to the point I'm basically a pissing machine the entire day. Pic related is the closest image i could find.
Someone recommended that i rub baby oil on my abs and wear a weightlifting belt on top. Is this known to work?

Sauna nigga, go in with a water bottle. Drink constantly until your sweat isn't as salty. Take vitamin and bcaa's because you're going to have sweat out a lot of salts. Bcaa's usually have a small amount of sodium so they're good for replenishment.
