I'm a male, 6'4" I went from 330lb to 250 (pic) in about half a year, still making steady progress. But my biggest insecurity is those damn titties. I've been doing chest work but all that's done is puff my chest out more and make upper pectorals harder. Is it just a "will come off with more fat loss" thing or are my hormones fucking me? Cut down to 12% bf which would probably be like 170 or so before you consider surgery

You can't really do a good routine with dumbells only unless you have some weird ones that can load up to 40kg+ each.

Looking for a bit of help/advice, just trying to start building a bit of strength/starting to get generally healthy.
Here's what I'm doing right now, although I plan to increase the amount when it becomes too easy.
5 x 15 squat.
5 x 10 pushup
5 x 5 pullup
5 x 30second hollowbody
I know it's pretty underwhelming, I've been ignoring my fitness and am just trying to get some base level of strength to start out.

I'm looking for a new routine but I only have three days a week to dedicate to lifting. I've been doing a 5x5 for the last year but I'm tired of it. Someone suggested I do a PPL in the following manner:
AxBxAxx BxAxBxx
Where A is Push+Legs and B is Pull+Legs. I know nothing about PPL. Can I split the leg day in two and do half during my A workout and half during my B workout? Can anyone suggest a good program to do this with? More importantly, does it make any sense to do this or is it retarded?
