Hi /fit/. I'm fairly in shape and getting better, I have a job, I have been told I have a handsome face, but my chances with women are totally fucked because I have acne. I am fucking 24. This was supposed to be over with at age 17. WTF M8

I've tried benozyl peroxide, tretinoin, neither of which worked, and I have a bad family history with accutane so I can't take it. I started taking pantothenic acid (b5), carnitine and zinc, which seems to be helping, but I broke out over the weekend following a stressful event. I've tried cutting out unhealthy food from my diet.... The one thing I haven't tried is dairy. And the fucked up thing is, I think it might be dairy that's causing my acne. I literally come from a family of dairy farmers. Just fuck my shit up senpai.

Anyway, I'm probably going to try cutting out dairy from my diet to see if it unfucks my face, but any advice or stories of products / strategies that have worked for you are welcome.

Cut dairy. Eat healthy. Get sun. Wash with only cold water, only when you get up and go to sleep. Moisturize with lotion at least spf 15 once a day. Sleep 8 hours

As for your acne, it seems daft, but have you tried the basics? Thorough hygiene? Washing morning and evening, possibly more? Tried different soap brands/face scrubs? Regularly change your pillowcases, like every day?

You mention diet, you mention it might be dairy. Why the fuck haven't you at least tried to cut it out just to see? There are dairy intolerant people who range from skelly, to fat as fuck, to built like gods. It isn't a bar to the body type you want.

Hey /fit/ I have a question
How do you manage to eat enough? I need to eat 3500 calories a day and I don't even get close.

I know it fuck up my gains but I really cant pass the 2200 ~ 2600 calories for a day...

you have some tips for eating bigger?

Milk is a good start. Potato is another good option

Eating junk food to meet your calorie needs is better than not meeting your calorie needs too.

But anyway, changing your body and habits takes effort. Training yourself to have a bigger appetite takes effort, the same way getting a smaller appetite takes effort for a fat person.
Just keep trying and don't give up. Nobody has an easy ride.

I need to drop 5lbs in 16 hours

I am gonna use a sauna but I'm not sure if I should drink water beforehand or not. Is it safe to drop 80oz of water weight in 16 hours? this will cause a 2% change in body water composition, what kind of dehydration effects should I expect?

The size is achievable naturally probably, but you will never get that lean with that size naturally.

That's the max natty limit if it's even possible and that's a big 'if'.
Maybe pick a goal with slightly more fat or slightly less muscle because that's a top 5% natty body if it's even natty.

What's a good food for bulking purposes that DOES NOT require any form of preparation?

The closest thing I can think of is milk, but unfortunately I have avoided drinking them because I'm lactose intolerant and have resorted to soy milk instead.. But since soy gives you gyno.. What else can I eat that is readily available from the supermarket, and requires zero preparation?

Reason is because I spend a lot of time on campus and there isn't exactly a stove in the campus. Plus, I can't cook. Buying another meal is not an option, I need it to be cheap.

Get an induction cooker. Get the special skillet for it. Get some non-vegetable oil.

Now you can cook three eggs in less than 5 minutes. All you have to do is crack the eggs, turn the cooker to 460/max for a minute and turn it down to 220. Flip the eggs over. Wait a minute. Stop cooker and get eggs from the skillet onto a plate.

Season with black pepper and salt. Congrats, you got a meal that takes almost no "trial and error".
