Hey guys, I've been lifting for 10 years, went from 115 to 145 lbs bw. Now I just chill around 140-145.I'm thinking its time to get huge.(Don't care about strength gains) Anyone know any good resources for Steroid usage(Test/HGH) and where to get them at? I've done some research, but haven't found anything too trustworthy-looking.

Im 5'10. I dont lift for weight anymore since I separated my shoulder. Used to be 405 dl 255 bench 265 squat at 145 lbs bw. I stick to aesthetics now, although I'm sure i could still dl like 335.

I always weigh my meat before I cook it, should I weigh it after I cook it?

Its not a big deal as I am on a mega-cut so shorting myself calories is no biggie.

It's not necessary, just make sure you're measuring oils and butter as well.

The difference between nutrients in meat before and after cooking is negligible, but 15 grams of butter or oil can be one hundred plus calories.

I currently weigh 220 and i'm 5"6 with shit posture and 5"8 with good posture. I've decided to go back to my local recruiting station to do PT and I have a home gym. I need some advice on how to run without hurting myself. I was diagnosed with asthma but that really isn't true, and i'm prone to pulling calves...any help is appreciated. Muscle and fat are two different things. Theoretically, it should be easy to put on muscle as you do fat, but that isn't the case. The body prefers to store fat. Muscle is a different kind of tissue with different purposes. Obvious answer. But all I know.

People claim to be into health and being physically fit, while they only care about looking cool in photographs and obsessing over their next "cheat meal".

Feeling good, being healthy, being more functional day to day, developing discipline. Things people pretend to care for, yet they only dream of getting their picture taken next to a slut and having their abs be visible.

I can't say I lift anymore without feeling like people will take me for a retard by association.

tips on dealing with tennis elbow?

Through shitty form or some other cause, I have developed an oftentimes painful "click" in my left elbow when performing certain exercises. I gave myself a week's rest, and while the pain lessened, I can still very much feel a faint pain when working out in that elbow. Tips on recovering from tennis elbow and tips on not getting this again? I'd like to get back into working out as soon as possible.
